Because of good fruit quality,storage quality,nutrition protection and ecomomic benefit,Vitis vinifera L.has developed rapidly in rain-shelter cultivation of plastic greenhouse.Red Globe which is one of the promising grape cultivars has become number three after Manicure Finger and Fujiminori in southern china.Because of high temperature,humidity in south China and illumination time was not enough,coloring and quality of grape.The coloring of fruit is an important index of fruit quality,coloring doesn,t only affect appearance of fruit,but it also influences coloring degree and flavor.Anthocyanin,the important pigment,usually includes the 3-o-β-glucopyranosides of pelargonidi,cyanidin,peonidin,delphindin,petunidin and malvidin,furthermore,it also has the potential anti-oxidation,anti-cancer and anti-atherosclerosis functions.Under plant growth regulator,light quality and sugar,this dissertation mainly research coloring mechanism of fruit,in order to lay the foundation for control the coloring of grape and provide a theoretical basis and improve the appearance and qualityere bad as result of those disadvantage.The key results are as follows:1,The research indicates that from green fruit to maturity.The index a of red and green becomes from negative to positive and enhances increasingly;the b index of yellow and blue becomes positive in maturity and all treatments are positive.The degree C of coloring associates with a and b,so its changes denotes the curve of S;The comprehensive color index h declines increasingly and becomes least in maturity.As the contents of anthocyanin increase,the changes of a and h becomes sgnificant correlation,at the same time the color of fruit becomes green to mauve.2,In rain-shelter cultivation of plastic greenhouse,the results of RP-HPLC showed that grape skin contains anthocyanin of more than 10 kinds of derivatives,elution order is indican,acyl indican,tonka bean acyl indican,the remaining time of Cy,Pt,Pn,Mv is8.967min,9.532 min,10.619min,11.313min.The contents of anthocyanin of Eurasian species is mainly indican namely Cy and Pn,and the main content of anthocyanin in Red Globe is Pn.3,In rain-shelter cultivation of plastic greenhouse,treatments of plant growth regulator and sugar indicates that ABA and rhamnose can promote the contents of anthocyanin accumulation,ABA remarkably promote Pn-3-o-glucose glucoside accumulation,increased about 3 times;Rhamnose remarkably promote Cy-3-o-glucose Pn-3-o-glucose accumulation,NAA,sucrose and glucose suppress the contents of anthocyanin accumulation.The result of treatment is similar with the above experiments under exsomatize culture.The different light quality(through filters light membrane to obtain red,white,blue,purple,yellow and so on) indicate that blue light,purple light,yellow light can promote the contents of anthocyanin accumulation,but red light,orange light,green light,entire shade suppresses the contents of anthocyanin accumulation,;Yellow quality,purple quality obviously promote the Red Globe grape Pn-3-o-glucose synthesis,the green light,orange light,entire shade suppresses the red Globe grape Pn-3-o-glucose synthesis.
