In this experiment with Xinliangyou 6 and his parents(TGMS line:Xin'an S and Restore line:Anxuan 6)of materials,through observation of growing and flowering characters in different ecological regions of the two parents,and the reserch of Seed-related technology and cultivation techniques for Xinliangyou 6,in order to Provide a large area to promote the technical basis,for Xinliangyou-6.The results of all experiments are as followings:1 The growth and development characteristics and flowering behaviorThe days from seeding to first plant heading,the number of leaves and the effective accumulated temperature of Xin'an S and Anxuan 6 were different because of the difference in date of seeding and ecology spots.Multi-point average three data of years shows that producting seeds in Anhui,Sichuan,Guangxi,Jiangsu,the date of seeding of Anxuan 6 were as follow:98d,122d,95d and 120d;the total number of leaves were 17.4,18.8,18.1 and 18.5 and the effective accomulated temperature were1325.3℃,1306.5℃,1336.3℃and 1345.7℃around.Xin'an S broadcast duration was only 69d,89d,65d and 77d around the leaves of a few were 13.5,14.5,14.4 and 13.8 around;effective temperature was 1021.2℃,1122.0℃, 957.5℃and 1042.3℃Around.The effective temperature difference were 304.1℃,184.5℃,378.8℃and 303.4℃.The flowering date of Anxuan 6 keep for an average 8-10d,the period between the third day and the was the peak flowering,cumulative rate of flowering of 5d in Anhui and Guangxi amounted to 90.5%and 80.6%,in high temperature and low humidity conditions,The flowering date of Anxuan 6 shorten about 2d.Daily peak flowering mainly concentrated in the 10:00-12:00 AM,in Anhui and Guangxi the number of 2h blossom flowering days were 76.4%and 70.3%the total,the blossom flowering rate in the morning in Anhui and Guangxi were 93.9%and 84.7%.The floret of Anxuan 6 from bossom to close spent about 40-62 min, average nearly 50 min.the glume opening dimension range from30°to 38°,average about34°The flowering date of Xin'an S keep for an average 9-11d,the number of day bossom rate more than 10%was as follow:5d in Anhui,cummulative bossom rate was up to 85.3%; 4d in Guangxi,cummulative bossom rate was up to 65.6%.flawering last for 8 hours from8:00 to 16.00,the peak of flawering was period from 11:00 to 14:00.the blossom rate in the morning in Anhui and Guangxi were 30.8%and 41.2%.the peak flowering of Guangxi was earlier than that of Anhui.The point range of the closed floret of Xin'an S was from 63min to 235min in Anhui,that was from 53 min to 118min,the point range of the glume opening dimension was from 22°to 40°.the outcrossing rate of Xin'an S was similar to each other in two pleace,both were about 79%,singal stigma in Anhui was 37.0%,more than that in Guangxi(32.5%);dual stigma in Anhui was 42.5%,less than that in Guangxi(45.8%).In different levels of fertility,the stigma vitality of Xin'an S and the time of poll/nation was negatively correlated,and in certain level of fertility,the higher the level of fertilization, the stigma vitality will be the stronger.In different temperature and humidity conditions,the stigma of Xin'an S vitality significantly different.As long as on the time in transfer temperature of Xin'an S,the lower the temperature,the higher the stigma vitality;in certain temperature,the more relative humidity is,stigma the higher the vitality.2 high-yielding seed production technology of Xinliangyou 6In normal year of producted seeds of Xinliangyou 6,ideal staggering sowing in four ecological plot of Anhui,Sichuan,Guangxi,Jiangsu were about 29d,34d,30d and 41d.In the seedlings-raising way,the tillering rate of seedling raising in dry was quicker than that of seeding raising in wet,the peak time of highest plant height was early,in same density,the date of initial heading was early,productive tillers,theory and actual yields was relatively high.Production and was positively correlated with transplanting density and was a significant positive correlation with productive.The costs was saved about 70yuan/667m~2 in direct seed(dry),at same time It also could overcome the adverse of factors focus on the use labor,using paclobutrazol Direct seeding(Dry),can reduce the use of cost significantly improve seedling quality,and promote early-onset,more productive tiller,significantly reduce in plant height,enhance lodging resistance and not affect the breeding yieldIn the seed production of Xinliangyou 6,increasing application of nitrogen fertilizer and flower-promoting fertilizer can delay panicle initiating and prolong flowering period.Spike fertilizer can increase seed weight per1000.Enhancing nitrogen fertilizer could enhance the breeding yield,the best fertilizer application ratio for Xinliangyou-6 seed production is:Basic fertilizer + tiller fertilizer:flowering fertilizer:Panicle fertilizer = 7:2:1.Maintaining the 10cm layer of water in seed production in Xin'an S before and after the flowering period,can improve the climate on the field,reduce the change of field temperature and increase humidity field,which would improve cross-pollination rates and enhance breed yieldsXin'an S was sprayed GA3 three times in breeding field:that is,10%-15%heading the first time jet 6g/667m~2,the second day spraying 10g/667m~2,the third days jet 4g/667m~2,which would achive the best effect.It can reduce panicle sprouting rate in high temperature and high humidity condition by spraying certain quantity of Ethylene,Abscisic acid,Paclobutrazol and Suiyake at milk-ripe stage in Xinliangyou-6 seed production,which wouldn't affect in seed germination rate within 6 months.Compared with the cost,the lowest cost was ethylene,the paclobutrazol was little higher than ethylene.Within a certain period of harvest,as the extension of the date of harvest,the 1000-grain weight was enhanced,moreover,the date of harvest woundn't significantly impact on or no significant correlation with the seed germination rate.Therefore,in the fine weather,the date of harvest should defer in order to increase yield.However,if bad weather was encountered, should be harvested in short time.According to the temperature of filling stage,it was better to harvest in Xin'an S at 28±3 d after heading stage3.High yield cultivation technology of Xinliangyou-6As sowing date delays,Xinliangyou-6's effective panicles,grain per panicle and filled grain rate are all in decreasing trend.The later the sowing date,the lower the yield.The highest yield is the earliest one,and the yield difference between early and later sowing is obviously big(or very big).So it can increase yield if it is possible to sow properly early.Seedling age takes the key effect to yield in low or normal sowing density.Seedling raised more days in seedbed,the time in rice filed is relatively shortened.As a result,the tiUering stage become short and the tiller numbers and final panicle numbers will be reduced,which decrease yield.With proper fertilizer application for a target yield of 700kg/667m~2 on Xinliangyou-6, the preferable planting density is 17100 hill/667m~2,and preferable quantity of nitrogen fertilizer is 15kg/667m~2...
