Red globe grapevine that was planted two years ago was material in this experiment, effect of fertilized amino acid in different and different times under ground on development of grapevine leaves, development and quality of grapevine fruits, photosynthetic characteristics, peroxidase and infiltration were studied in later period of development, for postponed senescsence and yellow of old leaves, increased development of young leaves, improved quality of fruits. All experiments were made in Tianzhu county Gansu province high altitude and cold area (2450m). Main results are following:First, length and breadth were not remarkable, and thickness was not remarkable too, weight was remarkable to CK of old leaves, and weight was just correclated with times after fertilized amino acid. Length, breadth, thickness were remarkable to CK of young leaves after fertilized amino acid under ground, which were just correclated with times. Bing whole leaves period of young leaves were ahead and percentage of yellow leaves was lower than CK.Second, length, breadth, weight of single fruit, weight of single cluster, soluble solid content, Vc content were higher than CK, which were just correclated with times, titratable acidity content was lower than CK, which was negative correclated with times after fertilized amino acid with Fe and amino acid with Zn. Length, breadth, weight of single fruit, weight of single cluster were not remarkable and quality was remarkable of fruits after fertilized amino acid under ground, soluble solid content, Vc content were higher than CK, which were just correclated with times, titratable acidity content was lower than CK, which was negative correclated with times.Third, chlorophyll content of old and young leaves were higher CK after fertilized amino acid with Fe and amino acid with Zn. which were just correclated with times. Pn, Gs, Tr were higher, and Ci was lower than CK after fertilized amino acid with Fe and amino acid with Zn, which were correclated with times. Chlorophyll content, Pn, Gs were higher, and Ci was lower than CK after fertilized amino acid, which were correclated with times, the result was same with before result.Fourth, Pro content, soluble protein content, POD activity were higher, MDA content was lower than CK after fertilized amino acid with Fe and amino acid with Zn. Pro content, soluble protein content, POD activity were higher, MDA content and SOD activity was lower than CK after fertilized amino acid.
