In this study,the main cultivar“Red Globe”grape of Weibei area was dealt with different pruning methods,plant growth regulators,load levels,leaf management and reflective film.The winter pruning reaction was investigated and the basic physical and chemical indices?cluster traits,berry traits,total soluble solids,reducing sugar,total acid,pH,fruit hardness,pericarp chromaticity,total phenolic,tannin and total anthocyanin?were tested on ripe fruits.Besides,the sensory quality was evaluated.Results showed the optimum winter pruning method,growth regulators concentration,load,leaf management method,and hyperchromic way.This study aims to provide theoretical and experimental basis for high quality and large-berry production of“Red Globe”grape in Weibei area.The main findings are as follows:1.Results showed that germination rate decreased with the increase of the buds number in canes,and germination rate and fruit branch rate increased with the increase of node number of canes under different buds of canes.Besides,the inflorescence was distributed in the 4-6th section,and the 5th section has the highest percentage of inflorescence.“Red Globe”grape is suitable for double and three buds winter pruning methods.2.In 2014 plant growth regulator trial,the best fruit quality was obtained by treatment of T17?5 cm left at the top of inflorescence,3 mg/L GA3 and combination of 20.0 mg/L GA3and 1.0 mg/L CPPU applied,and with 80 berries per cluster?.Compared with the control,berry weight increased by 8.80%,reducing sugar content increased by 19.43%.Berry length and width,total soluble solids content,sugar/acid radio significantly increased and content of total acid decreased significantly.The 2015 results showed the optimum treatment was T11?4cm left at the top of inflorescence,3 mg/L GA3 and combination of 20.0 mg/L GA3 and 1.0mg/L CPPU applied,and with 65 berries per cluster?,which cluster weight was 541.80 g.As compared to the control,berry weight increased by 21.01%,reducing sugar content increased by 14.10%,the total anthocyanin content strikingly increased by 28.62%.Besides,berry length and width,total soluble solids content,sugar/acid ratio,and nutritional indicators of tannin content also increased and sensory quality significantly improved compared with the control.“Red Globe”is suitable for 4-5 cm inflorescence,using 3 mg/L GA3 10 days before flowering and using 20.0 mg/L GA3 and 1.0 mg/L CPPU when berried size reached soybean grain,and with 65-80 berries per cluster.3.Bagging can lower berry disease incidence rate.The rate of berry disease incidence of early,medium and late stage was reduced by 2.08%,8.18%and 19.31%compared with the control,respectively.Due to bagging,the yield of 667 m2 increased by 68.65%,and content of soluble solids and reducing sugar increased by 5.23%and 5.58%,respectively.Besides,tannin content increased by 8.83%,fruit color improved,and sensory quality obviously improved.Fruit bagging is an important method to prevent disease in rainfall areas.4.The optimum fruit quality was achieved by medium load treatment.fruit reducing sugar,soluble solids and total anthocyanin content significantly higher than the other two load treatments,and fruit quality was the best.To achieve the best fruit quality,the load should be control in 1300-1500 kg/667 m2.5.The best fruit quality was achieved when the main shoot over the third wire remained2-3 leaves,and 4 leaves at the top of a secondary shoot were left?treatment Y4?.Compared with the control,the berry weight increased by 14.04%and 21.33%in 2015 and 2016,respectively.The content of reducing sugar increased by 9.92%and 2.66%,respectively.Berry length and width increased significantly and sensory quality improved obviously.6.For two consecutive years,as compared to the control,berry length,berry weight and sensory quality increased significantly by reflective film,leaf removal and combination of these two treatments.The content of total anthocyanin differed between two vintages.Compared with the control,in 2015,only the leaf removal treatment demonstrated a increase of 32.92%in content,and in 2016,all treatments showed significant differences,the content increased by 25.94%,4.25%and 58.02%,respectively.The content of total soluble solids and reducing sugar was significantly improved by reflective film and combination of reflective film and leaf removal.
