In this paper,2 years old Red Globe grape seedlings was experimental material, in protected field of the arid desert area in Linze, experiment, effect of Micronutrient Fertilizer and Growth Regulator with different concerntration and different times on development of grapevine branches and leaves, development and quality of grapevine fruits, Physiological characters in drought resistance and high temperature stress were studied in gowth period of development, for post-poned senesesence and yellow of old leaves, improved quality of fruits, delayed grape harvest time, to gain higher economic efficiency.The main results are following:1.Compared with ck,the treatments with different concentrations and different times of "Bao guo you","Bao guo liang" and "Bao guo (707)" all had the good effect to branches and leaves.The growth amount of new branches and the length,width,CCI of leaves were increased with any treatments, espeicially in high temperature of July and Angust, the he growth amount of new branches and the length,width,CCI of leaves with every treat was kept on increased and was higher than ck.The leaf of any treats senescence was delayed with the content of chlorophyll were all higher than CK in mid-December.With any concerntrations of "Bao guo you",800 times had a best effect than 1000 times and 1200 times.The effect of "Bao guo liang mixed with Bao guo707"500 times was better than one of theirs.2.With different concentrations and different times of "Bao guo you", "Bao guo liang", "Bao guo (707)" all had the good effect to Physiological characters of leaves. Compared with ck the proline content,SOD,POD activity of leaves were increased with any treatments in growth period and the MDA content of leaves decreased. The proline content of leaves after three times used "Bao guo you"800 times,1000times,1200times were 264.64%,223.1%,76.16% higher than ck,the SOD activity were 44.89%,25.51%,24.03% higher than ck, the POD activity were 300%,333.33%,300% higher than ck, and the MDA content were 50.15%,28.32%,29.52% lower than ck. The proline content of leaves after three times used "Bao guo liang mixed Bao guo707"500 times,"Bao guo liang"500times,"Bao guo707"500times were 114.84%,147.61%,168.88% higher than ck,the SOD activity were 26.53%,33.39%,33.4% higher than ck, the POD activity were 300%,300%,486.66% higher than ck, and the MDA content were 13.06%,21.29%,42.41% lower than ck. Besides the variance degree is proportional to the treating times with any treatments.3.With three times of "Bao guo you"1000 times treated, the fruit set,length,width,SSC,Vc content of fuits were 13.4%.10.49%,11.02%,79.34%,3.77%,2.77% higher than ck,the TA content were 1.86% lower than ck. With three times of "Bao guo Hang mixed with Bao guo 707" 500 times treated, the fruit set,length,width,SSC,Vc content of fuits were 0.4%,9.51%,11.23%,1.97%,1.69%,2.32% higher than ck,the TA content were 1.38% lower than ck. With three times of "Bao guo liang"500 times treated, the fruit set,length,width,SSC,Vc content of fuits were 8.28%,7.22%,11.65%,45.26%,1.41%,0.65% higher than ck,the TA content were 2.16% lower than ck. With three times of "Bao guo liang"500 times treated, the fruit set,length,width,SSC,Vc content of fuits were 8.4%,7.6%,4.62%,35.92%,1.68%.
