The agronomic character and physiological index of tobacco seedling treated with different seedtime and nutriculture concentration in floating system had been systemically studied, in order to find the fitting seedtime and nutriculture concentration in floating system and provide instructions for the floating system and field production.On the condition of different seedtime and according to the multifold physiological index, the tobacco seedlings that were seeded on Mar. 10 were better than others, and the growth bloom, and had strong resistance. So it can be concluded that the best seedtime of tobacco in floating system was the beginning to the middle of March, also meet the conditions of the water temperature invariably over 10°C and the air temperature being 16°C. According to the field transplant expriment of different seedtime tobacco seedling, the days of seedling between 70~80 days was the best transplant time, and the respiration of the transplanted seedling consumed few, and the resistance was strong.On the condition of different nutriculture concentration and according to the agronomic character and physiological index, when the nutriculture concentration was 150ppm, the growth of all the treated tobacco seedling bloom, and had strong resistance and resist-caducity. According to the different days of seedling, when the days of seedling was 70 days, the growth of the tobacco seedling bloom, and also had strong resistance.After studing and analyzing the agronomic character and physiological index of all the treated tobacco seedling in floating system, it can be concluded that when the water temperature invariably over 10°C and the air temperature being 16°C, and the nutriculture concentration was 150ppm, and the days of seedling between 70~80 days, the tobacco seedling in floating system had strong root system activity and photosynthesis ability and resistance, and had bloomed metabolize and well growth and development, and meet the need of field production.
