Temperature is one of the important obstacle of tobacco seedlings rapidly growth factors. The winter in Hengyang is cold as ice, the low temperature can not meet the normal germination of tobacco seeds, the quality of hengyang’s tobacco is very poor in many years. Therefore, this experiment is trying to use the promising floating technique of tobacco in greenhouses with several seedling pool, the seedling pool with a number of different temperature,it study on the agronomic traits of normal temperature treatment and electric heating treatment, and it compare the difference between the different heating temperature, so as to establish suitable for water temperature data model for the growth of tobacco, and choose appropriate heating temperature to suit local tobacco, and explore the input-output ratio of different seedling mode, thus successful breeding the strong seedling and provided a basis for tobacco seedling transplanting work, it also provides reliable theoretical basis of high quality tobacco and improve the level of experimental field’s tobacco leaf production to a certain extent. The experimental results show that:(1) Warming is obvious to improve the whole inside the greenhouse temperature, especially rise above2℃about small barn temperature and water temperatures rise range25%to62%, thus creating an environment conducive to the temperature of the smoke seedlings growth.(2)The treatment of warming to improve germination rate by3.2%, the highest planting percent increased by6.7%, the budding period is2days earlier than normal temperature processing, transplanting stage is8days earlier than normal temperature processing,it favorable for tobacco seedlings growth.(3) The agronomic traits of heat treatment is better than normal temperature treatment, uniformity is consistent, high seedling can be65%higher than control, stem diameter increases16%, the leaf color is strong, the number of blade is more than the contrast, it have strong grows, strong disease resistance and cold resistance.(4) Increasing temperature is beneficial to the growth of tobacco seedlings, warming is not enough will not conducive to the growth of tobacco seedlings. During the emergence of sprout, water temperature keep to15℃and18℃is more suitable for tobacco seedlings growth.
