The biggest difference of requirement for nourishment and fodder between fish and shrimp and homoiotherm is the level of protein of compound feed.Because of the good palatability and rich in nutrition, especially of the balanceable amino acid composition and rich in unidentified nutrition factor, fish meal is always a indispensable high quality source of protein in fishery feed.Usually, the content of fish meal in fishery feed is 30%~60%,which is the biggest part of cost.Along with the increasing of the fishery animal feeding scale in the world, the requirement of fish meal is continuing increase, and as a result of the lower of fishery catches and the effect of climatic variation, the price of fish meal is upward and the supply became unstable. Therefore, find another source of protein which with low price and abundant resource is the most important thing. This study used the fermented soybean meal and fermented mixed meal to replace fish meal in practical diets for raising experiment of Litopenaeus vannamei, and provided the banausic and valuable data for plant protein research, and also made a base of fishery animal breeding which used fermented mixed meal to replace fish meal. The results were shown as the follows:1.Experiment for raising Litopenaeus vannamei which use fermented soybean meal to equal-nitrogen replace 10%fish meal was practised. The results show that, the growth of Litopenaeus vannamei is no significant difference between fermented soybean meal group and control group which there is high fish meal content. And the water quality changes are also similar, the DO of fermented soybean group is higher, the Nitrite Nitrogen is lower. The ratio of body weight and body length of fermented soybean meal group is higher than control group in the final.2.Experiment for raising Litopenaeus vannamei which use fermented mixed meal to equal-nitrogen replace 10%fish meal was practised. The results suggest that there were no significant difference in growth of Litopenaeus vannamei among fermented mixed meal group, ferment soybean meal group and control group. The determination of water quality showed that the Nitrite Nitrogen in the fishery water of fermented mixed meal group was the lowest, and the DO was the highest in later period.3.There is a curvilinear relationship between the body length and body weight in juvenile prawn. The experiment results showed that the fermented soybean meal and the fermented mixed meal replacing 10%equal-nitrogen fish meal in practical diets had no influence on Litopenaeus vannamei breeding, and it not only can reduce the fodder cost, but also can cut down the fishery water pollution which is caused by fish meal.
