Allium mongolium Regel.,also known as Allium Mongolia is Liliaceae Allium xerophyte perennial is the Mongolian Plateau endemic species,widely distributed in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.This experiment,mainly from Allium mongolium Regel.seeds development and post-harvest storage of material during storage,germination,dormancy characteristics and changes in related enzymes,such as aspects of the study to proven storage period of seed development and physiological characteristics,in order to harvest the seeds and the domestication of timely cultivation laid a theoretical foundation.The results showed that:1.A.mongolium Regel.seed after flowering time of fruit development,it's fruits single length decreases,the fruits of development to the first 40~50d,the length of the fruit remained at 0.41±0.01mm;it's fruits after flowering Monogerm the width of the fruits of development with the increase in the number of days after to reduce the increase to the fruits of growth between the first 40~50d,fruit width stabilized and maintained at 0.38±0.01mm.2.A.mongolium Regel.seed dry weight after anthesis seed development with a gradual increase in time,in the 45d seed development of the first to reach the maximum dry weight of 3.03±0.02g·1000seeds-1.3.In accordance with A.mongolium Regel.seeds during development patterns, germination rate,moisture,dry matter and starch,fat,protein changes in the characteristics will be divided into three phases:the rapid expansion of the seed stage(completed form), the dry matter accumulation phase(mature),dehydration stage(ripening period),and to identify each phase in the development of the required number of days after flowering.4.A.mongolium Regel.was to form after the completion of flowering period of maximum water content of 63.86±0.55%.Mature into the seed water content of seed development section 45d to 10.79±2.09%,and seed development in the first section 50d and 45d was no significant difference.5.A.mongolium Regel.had characteristics of natural dormancy.With seed germination and seed vigor index as a measure of the lifting of the natural dormancy period of more appropriate standards;domesticated from the artificial cultivation of practical considerations,in order to seed germination rate reached 80%of the standard as the natural dormancy period to lift more appropriate.Sand wild onion seeds to determine the natural dormancy period of 6to7 months.6.A.mongolium Regel.seeds dormancy in the natural process of disarmament,the seeds of soluble sugar,soluble protein content at or near the maximum,amylase,lipase and protease activity is also at or near the maximum,which is the physiological and biochemical Breaking Dormancy mechanism.
