Sowing is one of the important chain of operations in planting industry. Merit of the sowing machine's serviceability directly impacts on the working productivity of sowing and the quality of grain germination. To the sowing machine, the seeding unit is a key component, which plays a crucial role in sowing quality. In the paper, an automatic control device of sowing machine seeding is designed based on numerous comparative analyses to control system of sowing machine seeding at home and abroadIn terms of our country current condition, mechanical sowing machine accounts for a considerable proportion. However, it is sowing machine's land wheel walks mostly in the soft or covered straw surface in addition to the irregular surface in the field that results in unstable land wheel and huge sliding, which causes situation of leakage seeding. It is great influence that rate of rotation about land wheel in sowing machine which can sometimes be up to 20% create in the field. The elimination of wheel slipping can make seeding well-distributed, reduce the sowing rate of leakage seeding and increase grain production. Moreover, it is inconvenient because mechanical sowing machine need replace the transmission ratio due to different seeding quantity. In this paper, a precision seeder to seed the automatic control device to the original-wheel-drive devices have been improved to overcome the wheel skid caused by the issue of Seed uneven.In this paper, seeding drived equipment based on front-wheel rotating speed of tractor is introduced. Walking speed of the tractor is used to control seeding, which make seeding well-distributed. The device is mainly driven by the gun devices and the installation of two parts. Department in the tractor front axle affixed Speed disk, in the tractor front axle to install the electromagnetic sensor, so that at the Speed sensor disk, using a tractor front-wheel speed sensors to measure the sensor output pulse termination step motor driver input signal used to drive stepper motor rotation, stepper motor driven rotating shaft metering device to achieve the purpose of uniform seed, but also by regulating the breakdown of the number of stepper motor to adjust the spacing of the seeds to most suitable for the growth of seed spacing, used to adapt to different growing conditions of crops, so as to achieve the purpose of production. In this paper, in Shijiazhuang City, ha ha agricultural shenze county Group carried out a limited laboratory and field experiments to verify the system using 2BQ-2 air-suction and 2BC-3 position rotary metering device to carry out two field trials, planting after the completion of , by calculating the coefficient of variation of the seeding uniformity of analysis, experimental results show that the normal work of system hardware and software that can adjust based on the operating speed of real-time metering device to overcome the wheel skid caused by the uneven sowing in order to achieve the precision planting.Research on this paper, automatic control system of the seed is based on front-wheel speed control seed, in the amount of seed, grain, and the front wheel away from the relationship between speed and single-chip microcomputer as the core, with the design of processing circuits, the use of C language of system control procedures, control and operation to achieve the speed of sowing of the real-time display.
