There has very important theory and realistic meaning to carry out theory and quantization method study systematically on tourism environmental carrying capacity.At first, Tourism environment and their relations are expounded, and the state of tourism environmental carrying capacity is reviewed thoroughly. Basing on theory and of factual instance in Zhalong national nature reserve, the article established the evaluating factor system of the TEBC of Zhalong national nature reserve by expert inquiry and consultation, which included natural environmental bearing capacity, economic environmental bearing capacity and social environmental bearing capacity and consisted of 20 evaluating factors, it confirmed evaluating indicator weight by Delphi and Analytic hierarchy process, it confirmed evaluating indicator weight by Delphi and Analytic hierarchy process, it established compositive assessment module The second, the article calculated the evaluating factors of the TEBC of Zhalong national nature reserve and analyzed limiting factors. Finally, the article brought forward improved measures of the TEBC of Zhalong national nature reserve.
