The unique natural environment in Tibet has bred a splendid Tibetan culture.The development of ecotourism has natural resource advantages,which can better protect rare wildlife resources and achieve sustainable economic development.Environmental education is an important connotation of ecotourism.It can cultivate tourists ’ correct values and sense of responsibility,maintain the harmonious relationship between man and nature,and promote the sustainable development of nature reserves.This paper takes Gongbu Nature Reserve as a case study,uses descriptive methods to systematically analyze tourists,uses fuzzy analytic hierarchy process to comprehensively evaluate the effect of eco-tourism environmental education in Gongbu Nature Reserve,and analyzes the reasons for the comprehensive evaluation results.The structural equation model is used to analyze the effect of ecotourism environmental education in Gongbu Nature Reserve,and to explore the internal relationship between the factors of environmental education,so as to put forward the corresponding environmental education measures.By using one-way analysis of variance,this paper explores the differences between the environmental education effects of different types of tourists,so as to carry out targeted environmental education activities according to the characteristics of tourists,so as to improve the overall environmental education effect of tourists,and provide some reference for the environmental education work in Gongbu Nature Reserve.The findings are as follows:(1)In the evaluation dimension of the target layer,the total score is68.02 points,indicating the overall preference of the eco-tourism environmental education effect of Gongbu Nature Reserve.Among the three evaluation dimensions of the criterion layer,the comprehensive evaluation score at the behavioral level is 71.60 points,the comprehensive evaluation score at the attitude level is 70.54 points,and the comprehensive evaluation score at the cognitive level is 63.06 points,indicating that the environmental education effect at the cognitive level of tourists is weak.In the evaluation and analysis of the sub-criteria layer,the comprehensive score of environmental cognition effect evaluation is62.32 points,the comprehensive score of environmental awareness effect evaluation is 63.44 points,the comprehensive score of environmental ethics effect evaluation is 68.90 points,the comprehensive score of environmental willingness effect evaluation is 79.04 points,and the comprehensive score of environmental behavior effect evaluation is 71.60 points.There is a phenomenon that tourists have insufficient overall environmental cognition and environmental awareness of Gongbu Nature Reserve.From the perspective of environmental cognition and environmental awareness,tourists’ overall environmental cognition of the industrial nature reserve is insufficient,and the conservation area lacks publicity and education on environmental cognition for tourists,making it difficult for tourists to acquire relevant environmental knowledge.Tourists have poor awareness of environmental concerns and do not clearly realize that the ecological environment is fragile and easy to be destroyed.The role of guiding education in the conservation area is not well reflected,which greatly affects the overall effect of eco-tourism environmental education in Gongbu Nature Reserve.(2)According to the path coefficients of the structural equation model,most of the path coefficients are significant at the level of less than 0.001,and there is a correlation.The path coefficient of environmental cognition-environmental awareness of tourists was 0.894,the path coefficient of environmental awareness-environmental willingness was 0.240,the path coefficient of environmental intention-environmental behavior was 0.951,and the path of "environmental cognition-environmental awareness-environmental willingness-environmental behavior" was significant.The path coefficient of environmental cognition-environmental ethics was 0.496,the path coefficient of environmental ethics-environmental willingness was 0.745,the path coefficient of environmental willingness and environmental behavior was 0.951,and the path of "environmental cognition-environmental ethics-environmental willingness-environmental behavior" was significant.Environmental cognition is used as explicit variables,and environmental awareness,environmental ethics,and environmental willingness are used as moderating variables to ultimately influence environmental behavior.(3)According to the results of one-way analysis of variance,there are differences between the environmental education effects of different types of tourists.The environmental education effect of female tourists is better than that of male tourists.Tourists aged 25-34 years old and 35-44 years old,tourists with college and undergraduate education,tourists living in small and medium-sized cities and provincial capital cities,tourists with government and public institutions and enterprise employees,and tourists with monthly average income of 5001-8000 yuan,8001-10000 yuan and 10000 yuan or more have the best environmental education effect.Therefore,the reserve should carry out environmental education activities according to the characteristics of tourists to improve the overall environmental education effect.
