Reproduction Of Tilia Americana By Cutting And Grafting | | Posted on:2009-09-25 | Degree:Master | Type:Thesis | | Country:China | Candidate:Q Zhuang | Full Text:PDF | | GTID:2143360275466934 | Subject:Forest cultivation | | Abstract/Summary: | PDF Full Text Request | | To solve the problem with seedling production in the introduction of Tilia Americana to Northeast China,this paper focuses on the vegetative reproduction of seedlings by cutting and grafting propagation and rootstock sprouting encouragement.Cuttings were treated with different concentrations of IBA and NAA and IAA to increase the rooting ratio;cutting materials,seasons for cutting productions were also tested.Cions and buds from different positions of the shoots were tested for grafting survival and growth.Plant growth regulators were used to promote sprouting from rootstocks to yield more materials for vegetative reproductions.The study of Tilia Americana cutting test showed that plant growth regulators play large effect on the Tilia America main the callus early period,wound healing period,and the rooting period, The required times of all period are significantly lower than the contrast.IAA and NAA have significant differences in 500mg/L and 1000mg/L,other hormone treatments have no significant differences.500~5000ppm NAA is a better result which were higher than the contrasts,the seedling in the upper in the period of cutting wound healing and incision healing and rooting is more early,but the rooting rate is lower(6.7%~40.0%);the seeding in the middle and lower in the period of cutting wound healing and incision healing and rooting is late.but the rooting rate is higher then upper(respectively for 33.3~60.0%and 16.7~40.0%).The optimal treatment of Tilia Americana cutting propagation treated cutting by NAA in 1000mg/L.The Tilia Americana experiments linden tree rootstock for grafting showed that.The season of graft and graft material play a significant part and grafting methods play a little role on the Tilia Americana grafted seedlings survived.The graft survival rates of stem grafting and bud in spring were 29%and 30%,respectively,for the summer survival rates were 84%and 85%.The graft survival of the upper scion in spring and summer were 16%and 92%,that of lower scion in spring and summer were 42%and 76%;the graft survival rate of top Bud in spring and summer were 4%and 100%.that of the lower buds were 56%and 70%.The optimal treatment of Tilia Americana used upper bud grafting in summer.Stump roots germination promoting test show that the number of germination had no significant effect on the Tilia Americema.but low pilef stumping for the crop of high growth play obvious role on promoting.The numbers of 4-year-old Tilia Americana of lime saplings and low-pile of stubble germination were 4.2 and 4.4.the average growth of the two kinds of germination crop were 44.2cm and 56.7cm.sectionof cut germination with NAA and GA had negative effects on the Tilia American a stump plant.The numbers of volume which using NAA and GA were 2.2 and 2.8,lower than those in control.NAA and GA have a certain role in promoting on germination of the high and basal diametergrowth Tilia Americana,and the four different concentrations of NAA handling of the basal diameter growth were higher than those in control;the high and basal diameter growth of the crop which were handled by GA with 0.5 mg/L concentration were significantly higher than those in control. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | Tilia Americana L, Tilia amurensis Rupr, cutting, grafting, rootstock sprouting | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
