| Forest resource was using wood as host which is the main matter base for the development of forestry. Scientific and efficient forest resource management is important bases for forest management decision-making and it offers necessary basic data for the development of digital forestry. Forest resource management went through several stages, which were full manual management, file management, database management on single machine, visual management with GIS on single machine, networked management with WEBGIS. Mature application plan and system were established. The form of database management on single machine could not fit for high efficiency demand for forest resource management. At the same time, the economy of Yi Chun forest region is difficult at present, although the advantage of the system based on GIS is obvious, the expenses is relatively higher. In summary, on the basis of examining the single version database forest resource management system presently used by forestry administration bureau and resource bureau in Yi Chun City and each forestry bureau resource section which belongs to the bureau, designed in this article, forest resources management system based ASP adopt the B/S software structure system, in which advanced well-considered computer network, middleware technology and component technology are in perfect harmony. The network operating system is Windows Server 2000. The developing language is ASP. The backstage database is MS Access and executing the operation of database with SQL and Page layout tools is dreamweaver.The main functional block of forest resource management system in Yi Chun City includes: the landing module, sub compartment data maintenance module which contains sub compartment data selection, modification and addition, forestry bureau report module, forest farm report module, database backup module, database combination module and system maintenance module. After taking into account of the operation habit of operators, this system inclouds all functions of the former single version system, and database of former system is used in order to export compatible database format with former single version. The advantage of the new system designed in this article not only lies in adding the function of system distribution user management authority, history data storage and statistical analysis, but also lies in realizing the function of setting server in different management layer in order to sustain single version manipulation, local area network manipulation and wide area network, and the aim of managing forest resource with low cost which is high efficient is achieved. The forest resource management system in Yi Chun City developed in this paper is one part of expert system for forest classified management in Yi Chun City, the system uses the B/S network pattern which is popular currently, and adopts modularization and structure design method, each module communicates with information, and is dependent in function, which made network extending, function increasing and operation expanding of the system could easily realized. |
