The edible fungi industry plays an important role in the agricultural industry of China. The method of production is becoming gradually installation factorial scaled year round culture from seasonal and farmily workshop medol.Submerged fermentation is the development trend of edible fungi industry, the development of liquid spawn will propel the evolution of the whole industry. The liquid spawn has been much studied before, but there are many species and production methods of edible fungi and production methods update quickly, so liquid spawn have not yet been apply to scaled industry. This paper studied the The effect factors of the growth of Pleurotus corucopia and Agaricus bisporus, determined the components of culture medium and optimum conditions of cultivation; The liquid spawn of Agaricus bisporus were cultivated, and the recipes of cultivation were improved. And the multipurpose-use of organic rubbish were investigated to maximize resource utilization, organic rubbish were used to take place of cottonseed-hull in the culturing of Pleurotus. The experiment results are as follows:1.The optimum formula for Pleurotus corucopia liquid spawn medium was as follows: Mannitol 3.0%, yeast exact 1.0%, corn powder 1.0%, KH2PO4 0.2%, MgSO40.05%. And the optimal culture conditions: Shaking rate 150r/min, initial pH6.0, volume 90mL/250mL and culture period 6d. Liquid spawn compared with the traditional solid spawn, the growth rate incresed 75%. 2. The optimum formula for Agaricus bisporus liquid spawn medium was as follows: sucrose 3%12Be malt exact , corn meal 1% , KH2PO40.08%, MgSO40.05%, initial pH6.5 . The optimum culture conditions were as follows: medium capacity 90mL/250mL flask, rocking bed rotation rate 150r/min, and the culture period 6 days. The optimum medium of the secondary liquid spawn was wheat bran 3%, corn meal 1%,others as the same. And the stage 1 to 5 liquid spawn had no difference on the growth conditions.3. Filled with 9% wheat bran in the Agaricus bisporus solid culture media could reduce the phenomenon of extra water in culture media. The inoculum of liquid spawn on solid culture media was 1%(As 7.5mL/bottle).Culture media which made from liquid spawn had a 25% over which from solid spawn. When the fermented-dejecta took place of cow-dejecta, hypha grew quickly and the Agaricus bisporus matured in the similar time with higher field production.4.There was abundance nutrition in the fermented-dejecta, which can took place of cottonseed-hull in the culture of Pleurotus mushrooms as Pleurotus ostreatus,Pleurotus corucopia,Flammulina velutipes,Pleurotus nebrodensis. It could reduce the cost and environment pollution.
