Biocontrol insect as a biocontrol agent delivery vector is widely frequent application for pest control in many crops.It have been reported Trichogramma spp.can be used to disseminate biological control agents to the target crop when it parasized host eggs,which essentially achieved the pest management throughout two ways infected either eggs or lava of pest.It have been demonstrated the biocontrol efficacy of delivery.Trichogramma spp.as a vector of biocontrol agents is significantly improved at 15% of pest management index,comparing to regular.Trichogramma spp.species on the at low,medium,and high pest levels.Undoubtedly the delivery.Trichogramma spp.will give grower more benefits if it is commercially used.However,there are still questions about the effectiveness and practical application of Trichogramma spp.in.many crop production systems,and releasing Trichogramma spp.plays a very minor role in insect pest management though researching on Trichogramma spp.continues and several.Trichogramma spp.species are mass reared and sold by a number of commercial companies.In terms of commercial problems recently.The our results have been shown:1 Trichgramma spp.carrying biological pesticide packaging machine's developmentHowever it have been considering the complicate procedure,costly and lowly producing efficacy to prepare host eggs of Trichogramma spp.by hand for commercial use was unavailable.The application of packing techniques and machine was performed by the modified technologies on the field.The advanced techniques automatically packaging and framing egg-card significantly decreased the cost,and facilitated on the framing card,warming-up card,and long distance delivery to the place will be used.The capability of host eggs augmentation product can be reached the use for 18200 to 18800 mu/hr.2 The new development of Trichgramma spp.carrying biological pesticide cassette releaserApplication of releaser of Trichogramma spp.The modified Trichogramma spp.Releaser,cassette releaser,can be used to take place the used one,and it was minimized labors and easy to manipulation without special training for user.This technique completely changed traditional made-procedure for egg card and releasing procedures in the field.The cassette releaser included two parts,egg-box and box lid(made of PVC +FOIL or specific paper towel).The modified releaser is aboble to prevent from raining,sunning.It have been demonstrated the new releaser is convenient to be used throughout the releasing practice in the field.3 Trichgramma spp.carrying biological pesticide release engineering researchIn the releasing field trials with T.ostriniae in the northeast of China it was conducted by two releasing ways.One is twice releasing to let female Trichogramma spp.ostriniae parasitize egg mass of European corn borer according to the pest appearing peak in the corn field.The other,long-term releasing,is with mixture of development phage of host eggs.Our results have been shown recorded 84.3%parasitism of naturally occurring European corn borer eggs in corn field when set up long term releasing.It was lower(0.03%) than the twice releasing that was performed at two slights with two Trichgranmma spp.releasers each time per Mu. Additional inundative release studies have shown that the egg parasitism ratio of Trichogramma spp. uncarrying microorganisms was lower 0.41%compare to the Trichogramma spp.carrying mic roorganisims. There are no significant difference among the three treatment groups.The long-term releasing has demonstrated that it is early season inoculation releasing promise,we also recorded parasitism levels following an inoculative release for control of worm pests.4 Effect of Trichogramma spp.breeding methods on egg qualityTussah chrysalis and cocoon were cultivated under controlled conditions (18~22℃,75%~80%RH).Eclosion ratio,egg yield permoth,green egg ratio,100-egg weight and chrysalis convert ratiowere tested.100-eggweight fromtussah chrysalis eclosionwas 10.59 mg higher than that fromtussah co-coon eclosion(P<0.05).There were no significant differences(P>0.05) among other tested items.The results showed that we can reproduce Trichogramma spp.with eggs from Tussah chrysalis eclosion instead of eggs from tussah cocoon eclosion,and it improves efficiency ofTrichogramma spp.reproduction.5 Effects of high temperature shocks on Trichogramma spp.dendrolomi reared on Antheraea pernvi eggsAlthough the effective augmentation of Trichogramma spp.were determined by many factors,including: the species of Trichogramma spp.Used,the quality and fitness of the parasite product and the numbers and the timing of the host eggs,the temperature is the most impacted factor since the release practice are used to be in the summer.We have been fund the ratio of Trichogramma spp.Adult,the number of adult for single egg,ratio of male and female of Trichogramma spp.and life ages were significantly differences between heat shocking treatments under 35℃and 44℃for 6 hrs.These factors were lower at 44℃than a 35℃.The result have been demonstrated that the eggs of Trichogramma spp.were not developed the adult when its pupa in later phage was shocked at 44℃for 6 hrs.It have been shown that the heat shocking was not effective on the next generation of Trichogramma spp.
