In this study ,sixty-night Lentinula edodes Strains,including eight unnormal strains and sixty-one normal ones ,with collectted from 22 different areas were detected by gel electrophoresis and enzyme method..It was found that they all have the same dsRNA in eight unnormal strains,that is 11kb,1.6kb,0.9kb in size.seventy percent of normal strains have various size and number dsRNA bands,most containing the band in11kb size.According to the result,it concluded that dsRNA in Lentinula edodes is widely existed.Three Lentinula edodes strains from eight unnormal strains were selected to eliminate virus by picking up 100 hypha tips(less than 0.2mm in length) each.As results, all gained strains with one dsRNA (11kb) left in three Lentinula edodes strains, which called incomplete eliminated strain. But only one strain was got with no dsRNA in it ,which called virus-free strain. That is ,the virus- elimination rate is very low by this method.The growth rate of three kinds of strains in different pH and humidity were measured,then found the virus-free strain grew faster than virus-infected strain in strong basic condition and 55% humidity. Compared the change of Laccase,Polyphenol oxidase,Xylanase and CMCase,the result showed that tne enzyme activity of Laccase and Polyphenol oxidase in virus-free strain were higher than that of virus-infected strain.Through the cultivation experiments ,the fruit body of virus-free strain is hypertrophy than others,andwith a stronger anti-pollution ability.
