In the study, firstly one strain of edible fungi was isolated and identified which was collected in the wild. The result show that it is a strain of Tricholoma giganteum, it was numbered as Tr0013. Then a series of studies were carried out on the strain aiming to understand the characteristics of Tr0013, these studies can provide some scientific basis for its more development and utilization. The main results of study are as follows:1 Biological characteristic researchThe mycelia grows in the temperature of 10℃-40℃, acidity of pH 4-8, while optimum conditions are 25℃-30℃, pH 5-6. In cultivation materials, the mycelia grows in the moisture content of 55%-75%, while optimum conditions are 70%-75%.Research on the nutrition requirement, the result is , in the growth process, mycelia requires a lot of mineral elements and riboflavin can effectively promote growth. Between eight kinds of carbon source and seven kinds of nitrogen source, mycelia grows fastest when adding the natural organic as carbon source, non-animal protein as nitrogen source and the optimal C/N was 10:1.2 Relationship of extracellular enzyme activity to development in different strains of Tricholoma giganteumThe confirmation of the experiment is: Tricholoma giganteum have a intact extracellular enzyme systern. Different strains can influence the magnitude of extracellular enzyme activity, but they have the same change law.3 Study on domestication and cultivation of Tr0013The appropriate prescription of cultivation formula is NO.7, it makes up of haulm 42%, cotton seed hull 42%, corn meal 2%, bran 10%, gypsum 2%, calcareousness 1%, Superphosphate 1%. The optimal cultivation technology is sterilized raw materials cultivation and covering soil without bag.4 The analyses of nutritional components and antioxidant activity of fruitingbodyThe fruitingbody of Tricholoma giganteum are rich in protein, polysaccharides, amino acids and contain a little fat and proper level of fiber. The content of nutrition components in Tr0013 are more than in Tr0005, but the content of the essential of amino acid compositions in Tr0005 is more in Tr0013. Study on antioxidant properties, the result is, the antioxidant activity of Tricholoma giganteum is stronger than Ganoderma luciduma, Lentinus edodes, Flammulina velutipes and Pleurotus eryngii.
