Wild edible fungi resources are rich in China, and the development and utilization of wild edible fungi is of great value to enrich edible fungus resources. In this study,a kind of wild strain collected in Nanyang Henan was used as experimental material.A lot of research has been done, including the observation of morphological characteristics,ITS molecular identification, biological characteristics research, nutrient, physiological dynamic comparative research, and mushroom cultivation experiments. These studies provide a theoretical basis for the follow-up research of Piptoporus soloniensis and also provides a reference for the development and utilization of other wild edible fungi. The results of this study are as follows:1.The results of morphological observations and ITS sequence identification showed that the strains had a lock-like combination and the mycelium was pale yellow.Further the results of ITS clone sequencing, construction phylogenetic tree analysis and blast comparison accession number MF445223.1 showed that the wild fungus was P.soloniensis,a genus Newly recorded species in Henan Province.2.Biological characteristics research of P.soloniensis showed that the mycelium can grow at 15 ?-35 ?.The optimum growth temperature is about 30 ?;The suitable initial p H is 7.0;The mycelium grew well in the dark;Manna Alcohol and glucose are the most suitable carbon sources.Organic nitrogen has a relatively good utilization, preferably beef extract. The most suitable inorganic salt is magnesium sulfate;and the suitable growth factor is vitamin B.Orthogonal test show that the optimal conditions are carbon sourceglucose, nitrogen source-beef extract, inorganic salt-magnesium sulfate and p H-8.3.Using Laetiporus sulphureus as a control, the polysaccharide, the protein content and extracellular enzyme activity of the strain during the cultivation of liquid fermentation broth were determined. The results showed that P.soloniensis has a relatively complete extracellular enzyme system and overall activity and the nutrient content are better than L.sulphureus strain.4.P.soloniensis cultivation test shows that P.soloniensis is suitable for growing in sawdust culture, and 1/3 space is reserved in the bottle/bag can promote hyphae condensation and primordia formation.
