The current,it is the main processing mode of corn harvester to cut the corn stem to pieces then returns the corn stem to the field directly,in our country.But it also has brought some negative questions,and it is limited by farmer's planter idea of our country,so there are many fanners don't accept this Harvest method,and it causes the farmers to burning down the corn stem.The paper proposed one kind of new corn stem shredding mechanism.The new shredding mechanism is in installs a cylinder knife under the horizontal-type stripper roller, there is a cut knife at the front of the cylinder knife,after the corn stem enters the gap between stripper roller,is cut off by the knife.When the stripper roller is working,it picking the corn cob,at the same time it take the corn stem into the cylinder knife,the corn stem is cut off by the knife,then the com stem that has been cut off is thrown out by the cylinder knife.Use this shredding mechanism,the length of the stem is≤30 mm theoretically,it has met the ensilage requirements.The stripper roller is the feed roller of the cylinder knife.The new shredding mechanism is compact.The paper start from advance design artifice for key parts of corn harvester,establish flexible emulational model of corn stalk based on physics characteristic,adopt dynamic simulation in computer,develop kinematic and dynamics simulation for main working parts in corn harvester—divider,cylinder knife,unit of pulling stem.Receive sport parameter,provide reference and assist for the optimize design for the corn harvester.
