Artificially propagated medium Cordyceps,After the picking Cordyceps,the remaining part of the medium and mycelium,which contains cordycepin,Cordyceps polysaccharide,Cordyceps acid and various amino acids,trace elements and vitamins and other nutrients,the nutritional value is very important.The main observation of this study is the proportion of different Cordyceps mixture medium level of SPF mice immune function and antioxidant capacity of movement and the impact of SPF mice of the test selection 120,were equally divided between male and female,divided into 4 groups of 30 only,Ⅰgroup is a control group,with ordinary mouse feed;Ⅱ-Ⅳgroup for the experimental group,were added Cordyceps mycoplasma groupⅡ1%,Ⅲgroup5%,Ⅳgroup was 10%,continuous feeding for 3 weeks after detection of the following:①Each group raked mouse 6,after the execution,goes to the spleen, calculates each group of spleen coefficient;②Each group taked mouse 6,the abdominal cavity injects 20%chicken red blood cell to hang fluid 1 ml,with Giemsa-Wright staining of peritoneal macrophages phagocytic activity of the cell count to determine the groups of mice peritoneal phagocyte phagocytic function of chicken red blood cell volume;③Each group taked mouse 6,the eye socket bloodletting takes the blood serum, 540nmOD measured value,to determine serum hemolysin(IgM) of the volume;④The E rose garland experiment with Giemsa-Wright staining,mice in each group measured lymphocyte E rosette formation rate;⑤Each group raked mouse 6 not to carry a heavy load,after putting in 25.0±1℃the lukewarm water swims 60min,immediately uses the reagent box to examine whole blood SOD,blood plasma CAT,the whole blood GSH-PX activeness and the blood plasma MDA content,determination oxidation resistance ability;⑥Each group raked mouse 6,tail away from the roots of 1~2cm department carrying a heavy load body weight 5%lead sheaths,puts like enters 25.0±1℃the lukewarm water swimming,the determination mouse swimming time.The result as follow:①ⅢGroup,ⅣGroup andⅡThe group and the control group compare can obviously enhance the spleen index,(P<0.01),ⅢGroup andⅣGroup,ⅡBetween group and control group difference not remarkable(P>O.O5);(~IIIGroup,ivGroup's mouse abdominal cavity macrophage swallow rate is higher thanⅡThe group and the control group,the difference is extremely remarkable(P<0.01),ⅢGroup andⅣGroup,ⅡBetween group and control group difference not remarkable(P>0.05);③ⅢGroup,Ⅳ Group ratioⅡThe group and control group's blood serum hemolysin content has the remarkable enhancement,the difference is extremely remarkable(P<0.01),ⅡThe group and the control group compare,difference not remarkable(P>0.05);④ⅢGroup sumⅣGroup andⅡThe group and the control group compare the E rose garland rate to have the difference obviously(P<0.01),ⅢGroup andⅣGroup,Ⅱgroup and control group difference not remarkable(P>0.05);⑤ⅢGroup,ⅣAfter group movement,the MDA level is lower than the control group,difference extremely remarkable(P<0.01),SOD, GSH-Px,the CAT level is higher than the control group obviously,the difference (P<0.05),group difference not remarkable(P>0.05);⑥ⅢGroup andⅣgroup mouse swimming time and the control group compare,the difference is extremely remarkable (P<0.01),ⅡThe group and the control group difference are not remarkable,indicatedⅢGroup,ⅣGroup obvious extension mouse movement time.Conclusion:5%,10% Cordyceps sinensis mycoplasm is able to improve the immune function of small rat and motion and oxidation resistance,1%Cordyceps sinensis mycoplasm effect is not obvious.
