We tested the allele composition of the 120 Liaoning new breed of Cashmere Goats by marking 14 microsatellite loci and calculated the number of alleles, allele frequency, polymorphic information content (PIC) and the average heterozygosity of the 14 microsatellite loci. The results showed that the average number of alleles was 4.786, the average heterozygosity was 0.9407, the average polymorphic information content was 0.6803. Though the population genetics analysis and the use of Duncan of SPSS, LSD analysis and multiple comparison, we found that the three economic characters of the weight, cashmere yield and fineness have relations with the marker genotype.(1) The results of the polymorphism detection of the 14 microsatellite loci in the new breed of cashmere goats No. 10, No 11 and No.12 chromosomes by POPGENE software showed that: McM185 has 5 alleles and 8 kinds of genotypes, ILSTS005 has 5 alleles and 11 kinds of genotypes, INRA071 has 3 alleles and 4 kinds of genotypes, TGLA272 has 4 alleles and 9 kinds of genotypes, BMS2569 has 6 alleles and 9 kinds of genotypes, RM096 has 6 alleles and 9 kinds of genotypes, LSCV44 has 5 alleles and 10 kinds of genotypes, ILSTS045 has 5 alleles and 10 kinds of genotypes, BMS2252 has 6 alleles and 9 kinds of genotypes, BMS0712 has 4 alleles and 7 kinds of genotypes, BM6404 has 4 alleles and 8 kinds of genotypes, INRA005 has 4 alleles and 4 kinds of genotypes, ILSTS033 has 5 alleles and 9 kinds of genotypes. In this study, the 14 loci are highly polymorphic (PIC>0.5).(2) The results of analysis the Liaoning new breed of cashmere goats economic characters (weight, cashmere yield and fineness) using the NO. 14 microsatellite primer showed that: in weight character, AD at McM185, BB at INRA071, CC at TGLA272, BF at RM096, CE at ILSTS045, BD at BMS2252 and BD at BM6404 those value of genotypes are greater than the value of other genotypes with the same sites and the difference was significant (p<0.05), which BC at INRA071 and BE at RM096 had the more significant difference (p<0.01) and they are the advantage bands of the marked weight character; in cashmere yield, DD at TGLA272, BE at LSCV44, AD at ILSTS045, CE at BMS2252 those value of genotypes are greater than the value of other genotypes with the same sites and the difference was significant (p<0.05), which CD at ILSTS005, BD at BM0712, CD at BM6404 and CE at ILSTS033 had the more significant difference (p<0.01) and they are the advantage bands of the marked cashmere yield; in fineness character, AB at BMS2569, EF at BMS2252, AA at ILSTS033 those value of genotypes are greater than the value of other genotypes with the same sites and the difference was significant (p<0.05), which BD at LSCV55, CE at RM096, AD at LSCV44 and AB at ILSTS045 had the more significant difference (p<0.01) and they are the advantage bands of the marked fineness.
