'Cherry', 'Fortodi', Ben Nevis', 'Bona', 'Hanfeng'and'Risager 'were used as matierals to be syudied on the technique system of tissue culture and rapid propagation in this paper. Five stages were involved in the whole technique system, including establishment of clone system, multiplication of shoots, nurture seedlings, induction of callus and rooting. The clone systems in currant shoot of 'Cherry', 'Fortodi', 'Ben Nevis','Bona', 'Hanfeng'and'Risager' were established for the first time , which would be the basic of further research by means of biotechnology in the future. The results are shown as below:1 The healthy one-year-old branch of currant were selected for water culture, after the cold sand of dormancy. The tender tip of Ribes were used as explant. It revested that soaking explant by HgCl2(0.1%) for 5min.
