To explore the efficient way in vitro culture ,the study aims at establishing a rapid and effective technique of tissue culture of Anthurium andraeanum. Through direct inducting of callus, stems, leaves and leafstalks were used as explants to induce cluster buds to multiply. Experiment was designed primarily by single factor and orthogonal design. Through variance analysis,we foud out a series of technical parameter combination for the tissue culture of Anthurium andraeanum which provided the scientifical and technical support for its factorization production. The main results were as follows:1. The best type of explants in vitro of Anthurium andraeanum was the leaves. The explants immersed in 0.1% HgCl2 for 7 minutes was sterilized well. The treatment of 6-BA 1.0 mg/L+2,4-D 0.5 mg/L was the most suitable hormone matching of callus inducement, which could guarantee the quality of callus.2. MS+6-BA 1.0mg/L+2,4-D 0.5mg/L+agar 5mg/L+cane sugar 30mg/L+PVP 0.2% was the best culture medium in all the medium treatments for callus induction of Anthurium andraeanum.Darkness was much better than lighting to control browning and to promote callus inductionand3. MS+6-BA 1.0mg/L+IBA 0.3mg/L was the best culture medium for adventitious buds induction of Anthurium andraeanum.4. MS+6-BA 1.0mg/L+NAA 0.7mg/L was the best culture medium for adventitious buds multiply of Anthurium andraeanum.Lighting was much better than darkness for adventitious buds multiply.5. The tissue culture plant of Anthurium andraeanum was easy for rooting. The suitable auxins was IBA 0.3mg/L. In this concentration the quality and number of the root was best and the rooting rate was 100%.The results inducted that added the active carbon nearly have no affects for rooting.
