From the shell and the leaf of the castor, used the methods of different extraction times, the different extraction solvents and the different extraction times for the ricinine extraction, the experiment found out which parts of the ricinine contented highest and which methods of the extraction was best. And found out the affection of the agronomy character and the yield by the ricinine, through prepared the ricinine solution of the different density for the black soybean at the period of the soybean pod borer emergence and the period of the soybean pod borer larvae hatching.The result showed that the content of ricinine from the castor shell was higher than from the castor leaf, although the content of ricinine crude extract from the castor shell was less than from the castor leaf. The average yield of the crude extract was 10% from the castor shell, and the average yield of the crude extract was 17.75% from the castor leaf. Through the UV spectrophotometer detected at 313 nm, it showed that the recinine absorbance resided in the 5g crude extract of the castor shell was 1.3712A, and the recinine absorbance resided in the 5g crude extract of the castor leaf was 0.918A, the content of the recinine from the castor shell was more than from the castor leaf, 49.46%.In the 5g crude extract of castor shell, although the content of the ricinine total base extracted through the ethanol was more than extracted through the methanol and chloroform at the different extracted times, the recinine absorbance extracted through the chloroform got close to that extracted through the ethanol, and the recinine absorbance extracted through the methanol was the lowest. Extracted through 12h, the content of the ricinine total base extracted through the ethanol was 1.3265g, the content of the ricinine total base extracted through the methanol was 1.1169g, the content of the ricinine total base extracted through the chloroform was 0.0875g. And the recinine absorbance extracted through the ethanol was 1.372A, the recinine absorbance extracted through the methanol was 1.032A, the recinine absorbance extracted through the chloroform was 1.371A. But the content of the ricinine total base extracted through the chloroform changed not obviously when the extracted time was over 6h, so the result showed that the methods extracted through the chloroform and extracted through 6h was the best.The field experiment showed that applied the ricinine crude extract of the density 100g/L on the black soybean, the effect on the breaking bean rate, wormhole rate, grain weight per plant and the yield of the black soybean No.1 showed best at the period of the soybean pod borer larvae hatching. On the aspect of the breaking bean rate, the effect that applied the ricinine crude extract on the breaking bean rate at the period of the soybean pod borer larvae hatching was lower than at the soybean pod borer emergence and CK, 6.47% and 11.84%. On the aspect of the wormhole rate, the effect that applied the ricinine crude extract on the wormhole rate at the period of the soybean pod borer larvae hatching was lower than at the period of the soybean pod borer emergence and CK, 6.27% and 9.08%. On the aspect of the grain weight per plant, the effect that applied the ricinine crude extract on the grain weight per plant at the period of the soybean pod borer larvae hatching was more than at the soybean pod borer emergence and CK, 30.77% and 42.01%. On the aspect of the yield, the effect that applied the ricinine crude extract on the yield at the period of the soybean pod borer larvae hatching was more than at the soybean pod borer emergence and CK, 19.63% and 27.21%.
