| In recent years,the AI technique has become a mature technology used in livestock production practices and improved varieties in the future to expand the number of sheep has played an important role. The study of frozen semen preservation and AI technique have been more than 30 years history ,duo to many factors limited,the conception rate of AI are always lower , Laparoscopic Insemination can make the sperm directly into the uterine horn and significantly increase the conception rate of AI, many factors effcte conception rate of AI in frozen semen,but the important factor is insemintation method. Some practices have proved that conception rate of AI high or low are dependented by its condition and external environment factors. So a analysis related factors of AI will improve the conception rate.In this study,the time from September 2006 to Augst 2008 ,the farm in Heilongjiang Province Mudanjiang City Long Da sheep field,Black River Park for livestock. 523 sheep as Insemination samples 185 sheep was inseminationted by cervical AI via vagina,Accounted for 45.38% of the total number.338 sheep was inseminationed by Laparoscopic,Accounted for 64.42% of the total number.In this work we studied and analisis the influence of many factors on the fertility of the sheep,such as: Insemination technique,year,season,farms,ewe age,body condition,number of inseminations per ewe,lambing–insemination interval and technician . The conclusions of the experiment as follow :1.The conception rate of frozen semen for Laparoscopic Insemination is 68.90% better than Cervical Artificial Insemination32.97%,and the effect of two methods Insemination significant differences (P <0.01),insemination method is the most important factor which is effected conception rate of AI in sheep.2.In this study years did not effect the conception rate of AI,but in breeding season,non-breeding season,with high temperature season, the the conception rate of AIV are 42.39%,30.00%,13.04%,and AIL are 76.47%,62.53%,48.84%,the conception rate of AI are significant differences (P<0.05),the time of AI should avoid high temperature season.3.The different of body condition,ewe age,AI technique,number of lambings,lambing—AI interval,ram effect,technician effect influence the conception rate of AIV and AIL .There is a significant correlation(P<0.05). |
