Process Design Of Large-scale Shrimp & Crab Feed Mill

This scheme can reach the capacity of 10000 ton per year high grade aqua-feed.The obvious trait of this scheme are as follows:Considering the climate of this area, main tower are built by concrete, which can assure compact structure , cold -proof, lower noise, and the reasonable flow diagram. In addition, all the machines are used domestic advanced type, which can assure lower power consumption, high-quality feed and high capacrity,lower running cost.The MCC (machine control center) operator work with open eyesight, so he can watchthe pelleting system and batching system's working condition very easily,The uniform machine list can assure the spare parts commonality, and less spare-parts storage.The most extent of mechanization can assure normal running of the tower with less staff, easy maintenance and economy running.Considering of the dust collection and noise reasonable treatment, this scheme can assure clean production environment, fine main tower sanitation, and operators healthiness.Consideration of enough space for machine maintenance and safe operation.
