Feed Production Process Control And Quality Traceability System Design And Implementation

In recent years, many incidents of animal food safety happened in China have led to serious harm to people. Meanwhile, it can be seen that feed safety is important source of animal food safety from the analysis of the causes of animal food safety accidents. Therefore, in order to ensure Chinese feed safety, Regulation of Feed Quality and Safety Management was promulgated in 2014, in which for feed producing enterprises, clear requirements of production process control and products quality traceability were put forward.It can be said that production process control and products quality traceability is a systematic project as there has a range of tasks, especially for the small and medium-sized feed production enterprises because they mainly rely on artificial to complete production and relevant provisions to manage their enterprises. Therefore, for the small and medium-sized feed production enterprises, based on the objective requirement of feed production safety and management, as well as the urgent needs to the quality of feed products, this study develops a feed production process control and quality traceability system with low costs, the research questions are as follows:(1) Through analyzing the current situation of feed production enterprises in our country at present, we concluded there are many problems in the feed production, feed management and quality traceability of feed enterprises. In order to control and solve the issues, the design of the control process and the construction of the feed quality traceability model were carried out.(2) In order to control the feed production process, especially the control of the feed raw materials weighing and feeding, and through the research on the control method of these, we completed control of the feed raw materials weighing and pneumatic control of feeding material mouth open and close through the selection of hardware and the research and implementation of each hardware communication solution.(3) The system software was developed on VS2008、VS2010 and we take SQL Server 2008 as memory to storage data. We implemented control and make the related information to storage for the feed products in the whole process which from the raw material inventory, production to sales. When the quality of feed products appear, we can quickly and effectively check the problem of raw materials or processing links. Ensure the quality of feed production process control and traceability.
