The Research On Services And Values Of Forestry Ecosystem Of The Emphasied Public Warfare Forest

The ecological service of the forestry ecosystem means that the nature environment and nature function supplied by the forestry ecosystem and the process. It supply direct and indirect ecological service for the live and economic construction of human being. The forest as the biggest vegetation form of the land ecosystem has suffered destroyed increasingly, the biodiversity decreased sharply and the ecosystem service decline seriously with the economic globalization, the population explosion and the irrational exploration.This paper gives a summary of the kinds of the forest ecosystem service and analysis the different kinds of the forest ecosystem service in detail. Based on the theoretical analysis, the ecological situation of the researched area and the characters of the emphases public warfare forest, this paper give the evaluation criteria system of the emphases public warfare forest of the Jigong mountain nature protection area which includes: microclimate regulation, saving of water, soil and water conservation, carbon fixation and oxygen production, environment purification, biodiversity protection and forest recreation. With the data from the ecosystem monitoring station of the Jigong mountain nature resource protection area, the related data collected about the Jigong mountain nature protection area from university and research center, the field investigation and the forest resource information collected in 2007, this paper evaluate the ecosystem service function of the Jigong mountain nature resource protection area from seven parts with the ecology and economic theoretical methods, the utility theory of value and the theory of ecological capital, the research methods of substitution engineering and the market value. The result shows the ecosystem service value of the Jigong mountain nature resource protection area is 22417.66 ten thousand Yuan·a-1, in which the value of the microclimate regulation is 1323.39 ten thousand Yuan·a-1, the value of the saving of water is 9873.92 ten thousand Yuan·a-1, the value of the soil and water conservation is 1038.66 ten thousand Yuan·a-1, the value of the carbon fixation and oxygen production is 4251.769388 ten thousand Yuan. a-1, the value of the environment purification is 853.75 ten thousand Yuan·a-1, the value of the biodiversity protection is 4526.18 ten thousand Yuan·a-1 and the value of the forest recreation is 550 ten thousand Yuan·a-1. This paper hope to arouse the conscious of environmental protection and supply the sustainable development theory of the nature resource, environment and social economic for the Jigong mountain nature resource protection area in accordance with the evaluation result.On account of the emphases public warfare forest situation of the researched area and combined with the economic, society and nature resource condition, this paper brings forward some suggestions for the sustainable development of the emphases public warfare forest which include the following five parts, like widely publicity, establishing management system, upgrading the management ability, increasing the compensation standards, making inspection fully.The innovation points of this paper:(1) This paper do the quantification research and the evaluation of the ecological service function of the Jigong mountain emphases public warfare forest from the following seven parts, like microclimate regulation, saving of water, soil and water conservation, carbon fixation and oxygen production, environment purification, biodiversity protection and forest recreation.(2) This paper establishes the evaluation criteria system of the ecological service function of the Jigong mountain emphases public warfare forest, and calculates the forest ecological service function and the value of each function which supply the foundation for the research of scientific management and sustained yield of the forest.
