At present,there are many reserchies about phosphorus efficiency in hybrid rice varieties.However,the differences in materials and hybrid rice which the different parents preparated have been reported seldom. In order to give scientific evidences for fred out good parents and superiority combinations,this experiment is conducted to study on the Effect of P-Stress on the 11 hybrid rice and their parents' physiological characteristics at rice tillering,booting and filling stages,as well as the P contents.The research shows the results as follows:(1) The P contents in hybrid rice confected by different parent combinations are different.Under such P level(10 mg.L-1),the P contents in different parents and hybrid rice are not inapparent.However,under low P level,â…¡-549(â…¡-32B+R892) has the lowest P contents;D83A/R527(D83B+R527) has higher P contents at rice tillering,booting and filling stages,as well as better adaptability under low P level.(2) With the P concentration decreasing,the.hybrid rice confected by different parent combinations has different adaptability under P-Stress condition.â…¡-549(â…¡-32B+R892) shows the worst biological characteristics in the four hybrid varieties;D83A/R527(D83B+R527) shows the better biological characteristics at the three stages under such P level(1 mg.L-1),as well as better adaptability under low P level.(3) Under different P concentrations,the hybrid rice confected by parent combinations has different adaptability under P-Stress.â…¡-549(â…¡-32B+R892) has lower APase activity;D83A/R527(D83B+R527) has higher APase activity at the three stages,the better adaptability under low P level,and the APase activity was increases distinctly under low P-Stress.(4) The soluble sugar contents in hybrid rice which was confected by different parent combinations were also different.â…¡-549(â…¡-32B+R892) shows big rising range of soluble sugar contents; D83A/R527(D83B+R527) shows the smallest rising range of soluble sugar contents at the three stages,as well as better adaptability under low P level.(5) The root development of hybrid rice which is confected by different parent combinations has significant differences.With the change of P contents,the dry weight,root length and root volume ofâ…¡-549(â…¡-32B+R892) show large change ranges and the lowest relative quantity;each root indexes of D83A/R527(D83B+R527) show the smallest change ranges and highest relative quantity,as well as better adaptability under low P level.
