In this experiment, the genetic diversities of three deer populations from Xingkaihu farm (X), Daqing farm (DN) and Datong division (DT) which were blonged to Heilongjiang Province were evaluated by sixteen microsatellite marker sites. The constitution of alleles and the effective numbers of alleles (Ne) were analyzed and then the heterozygosis (h) , expected homozygosty (he), coefficient of genetic differentiation (Gst) , polymorphism information content (PIC) were also calculating according to the allele frequence in three deer populations. The correlation of genotype of each locus and individual antler production data was analysed. The discrimination power of Xinkaihu sika deer population was caculated on ten milcrosatellite loci. Finding as following:1. Different PIC were detected in eleven loci except for five loci (T501,C143,C217,T107,C273), five loci with high PIC: T156(0.823),T123(0.736),BM1225(0.611),BM1706(0.549)å’ŒBM203(0.642); four loci with common PIC : T530(0.472),T507(0.484),C180(0.434),T108(0.375);two loci with low PIC : CERVID14(0.24),T172(0.119). There were detected totle fifty-seven alleles and the everage of number of alleles and Ne was 3.7 and 2.8, which showed that the genetic variationes of populations were plentiful.2. The everage of PIC, h, he and Ne at eleven microsatellite loci of three deer populations were 0.499, 0.553, 0.569 and 2.8,which revealed that all the three populations had higher genetic diversity. The population from Xingkaihu farm had the highest h (h=0.636), the other two ones were lower(DN=0.568, DT=0.454); The average PIC of Xingkaihu was the highest (PIC=0.574), and the same to the Daqing farm(PIC=0.508), the Datong division was lower(PIC=0.414).3. BE, CE genotype at BM1225 and AA genotype at T172 could be regarded as linkage genetic marker of of antler production of Xingkaihu sika deer.4. T156, T530, T123, BM1225, T507, C180 were adequate selected out for indentification of individuals of Xingkaihu sika deer population, the discrimination power was 99.996976% in total .
