The Beijing city old tree (big tree) appears the varying degree feeble phenomenon, affects the landscape effect seriously.This article by the different tree age, different coveres, the rejuvenation and not rejuvenation, the different healthy degree ancient Platycladus orientalis as the main object of study, meanwhile has studied the health and the feeble roadside trees Gingko biloba.Used traditional the plate dilution to study the ancient Platycladus orientalis and the Gingko biloba grows setting up in the soil edaphon quantity and microorganism's function intensity, (big tree) rejuvenated from edaphon's angle for the Beijing city old tree provides the theory basis.The result indicated that:1 In Spring,the second level of ancient Platycladus orientalis setting up in the soil edaphon quantity (organic phosphobacteria exception) and the function intensity is higher than the first level of ancient Platycladus orientalis; In Summer, different tree age ancient Platycladus orientalis setting up in the soil edaphon quantity and function intensity with spring findings basic consistent, namely the second level of ancient Platycladus orientalis setting up in the soil edaphon quantity (fungus exception) and the function intensity is higher than the first level of ancient Platycladus orientalis, also summer ancient Platycladus orientalis setting up in the soil edaphon quantity (fungus exception) and the function intensity is higher than the spring.2 The different vegetation displays the obvious difference to the ancient Platycladus orientalis setting up in the soil edaphon quantity and the function intensity.
