Through the research of present air aspiration network of grinding system applied in feed industry, it has been found that the air aspiration network can not be compatible with rapid progress of hammermill, which leads to the hammermill failure of reaching its rated the capacity. Thus the optimization of air aspiration network for grinding system is considerably outstanding currently. And it is also deemed to be a very important measure to improve the capacity of hammermill. With the introduction of hammermill adequate selection and its trial running in testing center, it is proved that the proper design of auxiliary components of air aspiration system in grinding system is a also very important path to improve the capacity of grinding system, And the capacity of hammermill can be increased of 20% while its power consumption per ton can be decreased of 20% approximately also.
