This paper introduces, on the basis of collecting various data, the design and development of a needle-aspiration hill-drop drill consulting the similar foreign model. Its productivity is 150 plates per hour, but it can adjust the number of seeding plates per hour. In a large range through adjusts the rapid of electromotor and the pneumatic sowing structure. It can satisfy sowing various seeds in size through changes the needles; can be suitable for cave-plates with different holes through changes the dibble-heads and needles' fixing skeletons and sowing die; can realize manual sowing and automatic sowing. This hill-drop drill is characteristic of precision sowing (one hole one grain), high productivity, simple structure, universal purpose, and reliability.The machine mainly includes electromotor framework, dibbling mechanism, sowing mechanism, powered mechanism, pneumatic electric and PLC control panel.The paper introduces the design and calculation of the mechanical structure and major component assembly of the drill.Finish the pneumatic design of all the functions of hill-drop drill, and produce the pneumatic circuit drawings.Finish the design of the electric-control parts of the drill, including the determination, control-program design and debugging of the I/O interface signal.By orthogonal test, analyze the influence of such factors as nozzle diameter, vacuum degree and sowing speed on the performance specifications of the drill, identify them as primary and secondary, and work out the horizontal combination of the favorable factors.
