In order to discover genetic polymorphism and hereditary configuration of LongDong cashmere goats population in molecular level,and look for microsatellite markers concerned with economic traits of LongDong cashmere goats,Nine microsatellite loci selected according to the genetic map of male goat and related reports in literature were studied to analyse genetic characteristic of the population including 120 LongDong cashmere goats by GELQUANT and MICROSATELLITE TOOLKIT(version3.0) software.Correlativity between five economic traits(body weight,body height,cashmere yield,body length and fineness) and the marker genotypes were analyzed by GLM of SPSS11.5,the results showed as fellows:The total number of alleles were 90,and the average allele numbers were 10. The allele numbers of LSCV24 that were the most were 14 while allele numbers of DB6 that were the lowest were 6.The average effective number of alleles,The average PIC values and the average genetic heterozygosity were 7.69±1.65,0.84±0.03 and 0.86±0.03 in LongDong Cashmere goats population,respectively,which were heighter than that of others.It showed that genetic polymorphism of LongDong cashmere goats was very rich,Genetic Variation degree of the breed was height,and breeding potential was very great also.In linkage of analysis,effect value of microsatellite marker factor had no significant to all economic traits in four loci(BMS812,BMS 1248,URB037,KTR2-3) while it had significant to partial economic traits in others loci (LZD140A,LSCV24,LZD140C,MCM218,DB6).There were prominent effect between microsatellite LZD140A,LSCV24 and body height,microsatellite LSCV24 and cashmere length,microsatellite LZD140C and fineness,microsatellite MCM218 and cashmere yield,microsatellite DB6 and body weight,respectively.Effects of Nine microsatelIite loci on economic traits were analyzed by GLM of SPSS;the results showed that partials were significant.212/186 and 208/186 at LZD140A,139/133 and 158/139 at LSCV24 were favorable genotypes for body height; 152/136 at LSCV24 was favorable genotype for cashmmmere length;153/134 at LZD140C was favorable genotype for fineness;173/151 at MCM218 was favorable genotype for cashmere yield;150/130 at DB6 was favorable genotype for body weight.
