| In 2007-2008,Taking Yunyan87 coated seeds as materials,and using commericial medium and fertilizers producted by Zhengzhou County floating system materials factory and raw medium materials producted by Xuchang matrix company, Peat Substitution in Matrix and Nurture Seedlings Technique in the Floating System of Tobacco were studied. The result were as follows:1 Study on application of carbonized tobacco stalk Used as the matrix of tobacco seedling raising in the floating systemApplication results of the medium with different proportion of carbonized tobacco stalk,peat,expanded perlite and vermiculite were studied in tobacco seedling raising in the floating system. The results showed that the comprehensive characters of tobacco seedlings were better when the seedlings were raised with 50% peat+10% carbonized tobacco stalk+20%expanded perlite+20%vermiculite and 10% peat+50% carbonized tobacco stalk +20% expanded perlite +20% vermiculite,and that the matrix of this kind may be considered as the substitute in the floating system.2 Study on application of carbonization corn stalk used as the matrix of tobacco seedling raising in the floating systemApplication results of the medium with different proportion of carbonized corn stalk, peat ,expanded perlite and vermiculite were studied in tobacco seedling raising in the floating system. The results showed that the comprehensive characters of tobacco seedlings were better when the seedlings were raised with70%decomposed peanut shell + 15% expanded perlite + 15% vermiculite,75% decomposed peanut shells + 15% expanded perlite + 10% vermiculite and 60% carbonization corn stalk + 20% expanded perlite+20%vermiculite,and that the matrix of this kind may be considered as the substitute in the floating system.4 Study on Application of Peanut Bran and Sand Used as the Matrix of Tobacco Seedling Raising in the Floating SystemApplication results of the medium with different proportion of rotten peanut bran and sand were studied in tobacco seedling raising in the floating system. The results showed that the comprehensive characters of tobacco seedlings were the best when the seedlings were raised with 90% rotten peanut bran and 10% sand,and that the matrix of this kind may be considered as the substitute in the floating system.5 Study on application of trace elements in the floating system of tobaccoApplication results of the trace elements with different concentrations were studied in tobacco seedling raising in the floating system. Spraying trace Elements can promote growth of tobacco seedling,of which effect of spraying 3,000 times trace elements fertilizer on the seedling was the most obvious.6 Effect of matrix's different water content on physical properties of matrix and growth of tobacco seedlingThe effect of matrix's different water content on physical properties of matrix and growth of tobacco seedling was studied,the results show that,before loading matrix 30% -50% of the water content of matrix have better effect to the emergence and growth and development of tobacco seedling,and the tobacco seedling's overall quality was better,of which effect of 40% of the water content of matrix was the best . Effect of 30% -50% of the water content of matrix was the best. The seedling could grow normally with matrix water content less than 30% and higher than 50%,but the seedling's quality is poor relatively. |
