Studies Of New Technique In Nurture Seedlings In The Floating System Of Flue-cured Tobacco

In2010-2011, Taking YUNyan87coated seeds as materials, and usingcommericial medium, seedling-raising disk and fertilizers of floating system, thetechnique of solar warming, circulation increasing oxygen, directional growth of rootin the Floating System of Flue-cured Tobacco were studied in Chongqing PengShui,WuLong and Yunnan Lincang. The results were as follows：1Study on application of the technique used solar warmingDirect at the low temperature and low solar radiation in Chongqing, usedthe solar warming technique to heat the water in the growing seedlings pond in order to detected effect of temperature and seedling growth and developmentand physiological metabolism. The results showed that: The technique used solar warming effectively improve the water temperature and greatly increase theseeding germination percentage and the rate of healthy seedling, and short5days than conventional floating, the tobacco seedlings had flourishing roots andstockystem, the overall quality is better than in the control.2Study on application of the fertilizers to the root directional growingStudy on the influence of seedling growth and development and physiologicalmetabolism with using different concentrations of root controller fertilizers. Theresults showed that: The root controller fertilizers promoted root growth and reducedthe spiral root and water rooting invalid root, the root system is more developed, andis conducive to the absorption of tobacco seedlings for nutrients, thereby improvingthe overall quality of the tobacco seedlings.
