This experiment using corn stalks as the main cultivation of Pleurotus material,which is suitable for cultivation in Anhui region and to facilitate use of the materials available. Pleurotus by different content of corn stalk and liquid formulations of the different strains to carry out initial screening of medium. In order to select the most appropriate areas in Anhui to cultivate corn stalks as the main cultivation is expected formula, so as to standardization of Pleurotus, anniversary, and largescale, industrialized production of reference. Take the traditional grass cultivation fecal material as a comparison, and then five treatments A, B, C, D and E have been set up, respectively 80%, 70%, 60%, 50% and 40% corn stalk and each set three repeats. Research on effects of different levels corn stalk on mycelial growth of Pleurotus,fruiting body growth,yield,biological efficiency and economic efficiency.For liquid culture of applied research,set up A, B, C and D strains of four different liquid medium through the ball on the bacteria density, diameter and dry weight measurement and comparison,the two selected formulations better.Finally,the traditional cultivation of Pleurotus strains and liquid cultivation compared to determine the most suitable for local production of liquid culture medium. The results summarized as follows:1,Different contents of corn stalk on the growth of mushroom mycelium,fruiting bodies of the relevant indicators,Pleurotus production,biological efficiency and economic influence. Comprehensive evaluation of these indicators to determine the optimal formula for solid cultivation:C's germinating hyphae of the mycelium time to cover a minimum is two days, mycelial growth is the fastest 15mm/d,the best growth potential,a single mushroom fruiting body size,weight and density single mushrooms are the largest respectively, for 123ml,88.5g and 0.72g/ml,cast production ratio (3.75) is the highest,yield (88.5g / bottle),biological efficiency (69.41%).2,The best growth of Pleurotus eryngii liquid culture medium for the two kinds of cake flour and corn culture medium. Bean cake powder in liquid culture medium for fungi Pleurotus ball maximum density of 109/ml,minimum diameter 0.83mm,maximum dry weight of mycelium 0.827g/10ml,,hyphae are also the strongest activity.3,Soybean powder to the liquid culture medium inoculated with strain C,the fastest germinating hyphae,mycelial growth rate of the fastest,single mushroom weight,a single mushroom size,bulk density,yield,biological efficiency and economic benefits of the largest (5 days,,18mm·d-1,105.65g, 117.4ml, 0.90g/ml, 105.65g/bottles,84.52%,4.26),greater than the solid culture bacteria's (11 days, 11.25 mm·d-1,83.4 g,0.77 g/ml,83.4g/bottles,66.72%,3.53).4,Strain liquid and solid cultivation of Pleurotus eryngii strains significantly Strain liquid from germination to harvest time is 2425 days, while the solid bacteria is 41 days,and the solid strain is 41 days,the former than the latter training time by 16 days less,and the fruiting bodies produced by the former was superior to the latter quality. Two liquid phase strains of bacteria made little impact.
