Experiment was conducted for 2008~2009 to study the effects of cake fertilier and plant watered on rhizosphere soil environment and flue-cured tobacco quality of tobacco Zhongyan 100 in baofeng, which studied the effect of cake fertilier and plant watered on the CEC, soil nutrient, soil microorganisms, soil enzymes, physical properties, economic characteristics, chemical components and aroma quality of flue-cured tobacco. The results were as follows:1. Different kinds of the cake fertilier and plant watered could increase the content of organic matter ,available phosphorus,available potassium in different degree.Then it can increase the supply of N,P,K in soil,improve soil fertility. The whole growth period, T2 and T6 alkali-hydro nitrogen content in the relatively high, relatively low, overall performance,which is better than other treatment. T5 rapidly-available phosphorus were higher, low late prophase, behaved well, and the whole growth period in rapidly-available potassium levels were significantly higher than other treatment. PH is relative taller on T1, but the difference between the small, Organic matter content onT5, the better growth than the other.2. Cake fertilier and plant watered to the soil microorganism with different effects of each are not identical, the growth is to improve the treatment T5, bacteria and fungi affect the effect is obvious. other processing, and after the transplant of soil, the treatment of fungal number less affected by T3, among which the later and better treatment T5, Actinobacteria tobacco plants flourish in the long term, with better T2 and plant in the number of relatively late, By introducing T6 of ammoniation bacteria in the growth of performance is good. The colony and recent advances on the early after transplanting difference, but no obvious difference. Bacillus in the whole growth period on T5 and performed other handling T6 plant, especially later.3. Catalase, invertase and polyphenol oxidative activity occurred in the peak 45d or 60d after transplant. In the growth of nicotine and reducing sugar, cake fertilier and plant watered of CEC were higher than CK, especially better growth in the treatment T5, T6. and its and soil alkali-hydro nitrogen, rapidly-available phosphorus, rapidly-available potassium, organic matter and invertase, bacteria, fungi, and affect the relationship between bacillus, correlation coefficient is close to 0.60 * * , 0.49* *, 0.45* * , 0.62 * * , 0.59 * * , 0.48 * *, 0.49* *, and 0.57* *.5. Cake fertilier and plant watered treatment can improve the physical properties after smoke and economical characters and chemical composition, improve the content of the material, including the treatment T5, including single stem, leaf qualitative, rate of balance moisture content, and the average output value, compared with other treatments, and increase the quality of chemical index and the quality, and the K/Cl is higher than oher treatments, but protein is lower than other treatments, at the same time, 12 kinds of aroma constituents with a higher content, which include furfurol, 2 - acetyl furan, benzalhyde, 6-me-5-hepten-2-alcoholic, benzyl alcohol, benzene acetaldehycle, 3,4-dimethyl-2,5-furanone, 2-acetylpyrrole, solanone, megastignone-2, megastignone-4, screw vetiver etc, which was the foundation of improving yield and quality of flue-cured tobacco and its flavor quality.
