In this study, based upon the PCR-RFLPs technique the genotypic variations at the acid meat gene (RN), halothane gene (RYR1) and heart fatty acid-binding protein gene (H-FABP) genetic loci with Alw211,BsrBI,HinfI,HaeIII,MspI of restriction endonuclease in the Junmu No.1 White Pig were detected, respectively. The associations between population genetics parameters including allele frequency and genotype frequency in the Junmu No.1 White Pig were analyzed with the SPSS 13.0 .The major test results are as follows:1. Among the Junmu No.1 White Pig, the sampled individuals with RN―/ RN―and RN―/rn+ genotypes were not detected, and the detected genotype only was recessive homozygote, rn+/rn+;The three genotypes of RYR1 genetic are distributed in the Junmu No.1 White Pig, The allelic frequencies of RYR1 locus were 0.9083 and 0.0917 responding to N allele and n allele, respectively. The frequencies of three genotypes of NN, Nn and nn were respectively0.825, 0.167 and 0.008;Genetic polymorphism of H-FABP gene in the Junmu No.1 White Pig was found in the HinfI and HaeIII locus.The frequencies of H allele gene in the Junmu No.1 White Pig were 0.68875 and 0.31125 ;The frequencies of D allele gene were 0.47875 and 0.52125 ;the Junmu No.1 White Pig Showed only AA genotype in the MspI locus.2. The restriction fragment length polymorphism of H allele gene in the Junmu No.1 White Pig were beneficial effect for Loin eye muscle area, while drip loss,tenderness,meat color are adversely affected; HinfI locus polymorphism influenced IMF content,marbling significantly (p<0.05);HaeIII polymorphism was positively correlated with IMF content, but adverse effectsfor drip loss ;3. Analysis of the interaction between the halothane gene and heart fatty acid-binding protein gene , the results show "NN-HH-dd" combination genotype is most conducive to raising the IMF.
