Research On Different Level Of Corn And Soybean Meal Of Rex Rabbit Diet

Nowadays, feed material demand exceeds supply, especially the gap of corn and soybean meal, rapid rise of price situation is severe. it has brought big challenge to rabbit cultivation. hereby, Growing Rex Rabbits and nursing Rex Rabbits as research objects in this experiment. Design and compare of different level of corn and soybean meal in Rex Rabbit diet is done, the best feed formula was selected to reduce feed cost and guide rabbit keeping better.Experiment 1: Eighty nursing Rex Rabbits which were parturition synchronization, healthy, similar weight were selected and divided into five groups randomly. Sixteen Rex Rabbits in each group. GroupⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳwere text groups, they were fed with different level of corn and soybean meal: single corn type diet, single soybean meal type diet, corn and soybean meal type diet, no corn and soybean meal type diet. Group V was control group, they were fed with corn and soybean meal type diet, after 30 days experiment, effects on milk performance, weight change, feed intake, and energy efficiency of female rabbits, growth and development of young rabbit, feed cost were researched. The experiment results showed that:⑴Lactational performance, young rabbits growing rate of rex rabbit fed with different proportion of corn and soybean meal type diet were similar to control group, there were no obvious difference(P>0.05).⑵Weaning young rabbits survival rate of treatment groupⅢwas the highest, there were no obvious difference compared to the control group(P>0.05),and other text groups bellowed control group, there were obvious difference (P<0.05).⑶Weight loss of test groupⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅲwere compared to the control group, There were no obvious difference (P>0.05), female rabbit weight loss of treatment groupⅣwere higher than control group, there were highly obvious difference (P<0.01).⑷Female rabbit energy efficiency of treatment groupⅢwere higher than the control group, but there were no obvious difference (P>0.05). Other text groups were compared to the control group, there were obvious difference (P<0.05).⑸Feed intake of text groups were compared to the control group, there were no obvious difference(P>0.05); feed cost of treatment groupⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳwere lower than the control group. Economic benefit was improved significantly.Experiment 2: Total one hundred about 35 days, healthy growing Rex Rabbits, were divided into five groups randomly. GroupⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳwere text groups, they were respectively fed with single corn type diet, single soybean meal type diet, both corn and soybean meal type diet, no corn and soybean meal type diet. Group V was control group, they were fed with corn-soybean meal type diet. The experiment time is 56 days. Effects of different proportion of corn-soybean meal diet on the performance, hair quality, nutrition digestibility, blood indexes of growing Rex Rabbit were studied, the experiment results showed that:⑴Effects of each text group on Final weight, daily gain, daily feed were compared to the control group, there were no obvious difference (P>0.05); beside daily feed of treatment groupⅣwas higher, feed intake of other text groups were compared to the control group, there were no obvious difference(P>0.05).⑵Each text group diet decreased the diarrhea rate and mortality of growing rex rabbits to some extent.⑶Effects of each text group diet on crude protein, crude fat, neutral detergent fiber, calcium, phosphorus, energy digestibility were compared to the control group, there were no obvious difference(P>0.05); beside crude fiber and acid detergent fiber of groupⅣwere low, other text groups were compared to control group, there were no obvious difference(P>0.05).⑷Effects of each text group diet on growing hair quality of rex rabbit were compared to the control group, there were no obvious difference (P>0.05).⑸Effects of each text group diet on growing rex rabbit on blood biochemical (total protein, blood protein, cholesterol, serum urea nitrogen, blood glucose, blood calcium, blood phosphorus, serum glutamic pyruvic transaminase, aspartate aminotransferase, lactate dehydrogenase, alkaline phosphatase, creatine kinase, immunoglobulin (lgA,lgM,lgG),and (T3,T4), growing hormone were compared to control group, there were no obvious difference(P>0.05).⑹Compare to the control group, the cost of different proportion of corn-soybean meal diet groups lower than the control group. Economic benefit was improved significantly. economic benefit of groupⅠwas the most obvious.Conclusion: This experiment result showed that effects of different proportion of corn-soybean meal diet on every index of Rex Rabbits were compared to the control group, and there were no obvious difference. In the lactating female rabbit groups, the effect of groupⅢ(both corn-soybean meal) was the better. In the growing Rex Rabbit groups, the comprehensive effect of groupⅠ(single corn type diet) was the better, and each diet group significantly reduced the feed cost, improved the economic benefit of rabbit cultivation.
