The Present Status And Countermeasure Of Vegetable Pesticide Residue Detection In Sanming City

The present status of vegetable pesticide residue detection in Sanming city was investigated in this thesis, by the detection methods of agricultural industry standards NY/T761-2008 of the People's Republic of China, organochlorine, pyrethroid, organophosphorus pesticide residues of vegetable from 3 supermarket and 3 wholesale market in Sanming city were detected with Gas Chromatograph (GC), the circs of detection pesticide residues exceeding were determined according to the national standard GB2763-2005,and the reasons for vegetable pesticide residues and countermeasure in Sanming city were analyzed and discussed. The results were as follows:1 The present status of organochlorine and pyrethroid pesticide residues detection of vegetable in Sanming cityThe detection ratio of organochlorine and pyrethroid pesticide residues of vegetable in Sanming city was 36.7%,exceeding ratio was3.3%.Among them, from the types of vegetables, the detection ratio of cabbage and melons reached 50.0%, the detection ratio of fruit vegetables was 20.0%. From the types of pesticides, the detection ratio of cyhalothrin and cypermethrin was high, respectively reached 8.3% and 18.3%,chlorothalonil and fenvalerate were also detected out. From the sample ground, the detection ratio and the exceeding ratio of samples from wholesale market were significantly higher than samples from the supermarket.2 The present status of organophosphorus pesticide residues detection of vegetable in Sanming cityThere were 5 kinds of organophosphorus pesticide which were detected out from vegetables in Sanming city:Omethoate,Dimethoate,chlorpyrifos,parathion,Triazophos,and 4 kinds of them were over the Maximum residue limits for pesticides (MRLs) except chlorpyrifos. There were 7 kinds of vegetable among 13 kinds of being detected vegetable which were detected out pesticide residues:Apium graveolens L. was detected out 3 kinds of pesticide residues,1 kinds them was over the MRLs; Brassica chinensis L. was detected out 2 kinds of pesticide residues, both were over the MRLs;Brassica pekinenses(Lour.) Rupr. was detected out 2 kinds of pesticide residues, both were over the MRLs;Lactuca sativa L. was detected out 1 kinds of pesticide residues, and it was over the MRLs;Cucumis sativus L.were detected out 3 kinds of pesticide residues,2 kinds of them was over the MRLs;Lagenaria sieeratia (Molina) Standl. was detected out 2 kinds of pesticide residues,1 kinds of them was over MRLs;Capsicum annuumm L.was detected out 1 kinds of pesticide residues.3 The reasons for vegetable pesticide residues and countermeasure in Sanming cityInvestigation showed that imperfect system of monitoring and management mechanism was major reasons for vegetable pesticide residues in Sanming city, vegetable pesticide residues had not monitored and managed completely during production and distribution, it was necessary to take measures for preventing and controlling vegetable pesticide residues, especially the residues of highly toxic pesticide.
