The effects of different yellowing treatments on the quality of flue-cured tobacco were studied in analyzing the appearance characteristics, physical properties, the main chemical components content and aroma substance by intensive flue-curing barn from Korea and 3 stages roasting technology for which the tobacco leaves on yellowing stage were treated based on different yellowing condition changed to color fixing and different yellowing of high temperature changed to color fixing. The results showed that the appearances, chemical components, aroma substances and the quality of flue-cured tobacco leaves were well for 80%-70% yellowing lower leaves,90%-100% yellowing middle leaves,100%-90% yellowing upper leaves; the appearances, chemical opponents, aroma substances and the quality of the parts of the leaves for A1,A2 and A3 treatments were well by high temperature yellowing.
