Early results show that extract from Cuminum cyminum L. have good control effect to plant pathogen, and in vivo experiments with excellent bioactivity against Phytophthora capsici and Blumer graminis. But for extract from Cuminum cyminum L. as the active substance study on fungicide formulation has not been reported. Through screening solvent, surfactant and additive developed preparation, preliminary draw the following conclusions:1. Based on extract from Cuminum cyminum L. obtained EC,SL and ME.EC formulation is extract from Cuminum cyminum L. (40%) + isopropanol(36%) + cyclohexanone(9%) + tween80(14.7%) + NP15 (0.3%).SL formulation is extract from Cuminum cyminum L. (20%)+dimethylformamide(52.5%)+isopropanol(17.5%) + tween80(4%) + NongRu500(5%) +NP15(1%). ME formulation is extract from Cuminum cyminum L. (10%) + cyclohexanone(8%)+dimethylformamide(8%)+butanol(4%)+OP10(7.5%)+ NongRu500(2.5%) +NingRu33 (5%) + water (55%) (quality percentage).2. Verification effect in vivo with ME sample. The result of in vivo test showed that: with 10% extracts of ME samples in 200x concentration against Phytophthora capsici in 7d, 14d, 21d of the protective effect were more than 70%, higher than the control agents under the protective effect of 15% metalaxyl WP in 500x concentration control effect; In 7d, 14d, 21d of the therapeutic effect of control effects were lower than the control agents under the protective effect of 15% metalaxyl WP500x control effect; the results from the two trial experiment found that the ME sample in tested concentrations of the protective effect is better than treatment against Phytophthora capsici. The ME sample tested in vivo against Blumer graminis, the following conclusions can be drawn: with 10% extracts of ME 200x concentration, in 7d, 14d of the protective effect of were slightly lower than 15% triadimefon WP800x concentration in protective effect ,but the difference was not significant. In 7d, 14d treatment effect ompared with triadimefon 15% WP800x concentrations were significantly lower than that; through the two different test, ME sample at 200x concentration, was approaching compared with triadimefon 15% WP800x concentration against Blumer graminis. Verify the biological activity for 10%ME sample through the field efficacy trials in Hanzhong Shaanxi and Nanjing Jiangsu. The result showed:①Verification effect in field efficacy trials against Rhizoctonia solani with ME sample. The result showed that ME sample with significant control effect are above 40% and 50%, compared with the control effect to 5% Jinggangmycin A SP 500x, the difference was not significant;②Verification effect in field efficacy trials against Phyricularia grisea with ME sample. The result showed that ME sample with the control effect above 60%, higher than 30% Isoprothiolane EC1000x and 25% Prochloraz EC1000x, the difference was not significant;③Verification effect in field efficacy trials against Ustilaginoidea oryzae with ME sample.ME sample tested against Ustilaginoidea oryzae with the control effect was 34.22% is far below 5% Validamycin A500x with the control effect was 55.88%.3. Testing the preparation of quality standards with chemical analysis and biological determination in vivo. The result indicate that the ME sample appearance is uniform and transparent, can be miscible with water in any proportion to true solution, and stand for 30min at 30℃, the state can be transparent, non-oily suspension or solid precipitation; cold storage and thermal storage stable, transparent temperature range of 0-48℃; the storage in nature is stability. The measurement are consistent with ME product quality standards. Bioassay in vivo results showed: after years of storage and heat storage of biological samples were no significant differences compared with CK.
