kexinl as experimental materials, random block design was adopted to study effects of located fertilizer application on yield, quality, nutrient absorption and soil nutrient content of potato. The main conclusion are as follows:1In the whole period, plant height and stem diameter of potato reached the peak after emergence65d, fertilization was in favor of plant height and stem diameter, M+NPK has maximum value. The dry matter accumulation uptake of potato plant was "S" type curve, reached the peak after emergence65d, fertilization was in favor of dry matter accumulation, M+NPK has maximum value. The dry matter are mainly distributed in the stems and leaves during early grow stage, With the transfer of the nutrition center tuber, the dry matter distribution ratio were gradually rising.2In the whole period, LAI reached the peak after emergence65d, fertilization was in favor of LAI, M+NPK has maximum value.SPAD were gradually declining, fertilization was in favor of SPAD, M+NPK has maximum value. Photosynthetic productivity reached the peak after emergence35-45d, fertilization was in reduce of photosynthetic productivity, No significant difference between treatments. Photosynthetic potential was "S" type curve, reached the peak after emergence65d, fertilization was in favor of Photosynthetic potential, M+NPK has maximum value.3Fertilization had no obvious effect on tuber number per plant, can increase a single tuber’s weight, can increase production, can increase the rate of commercial potato. M+NPK has maximum value.4Fertilization can significantly improve the content of N, P, K%the total content of starch, the content of amylose, the content of amino, the content of crude protein, the content of reducing sugar of potato tubers. M+NPK has maximum value. Fertilization had no obvious effect on the content of trace element of tuber.5Fertilization can significantly improve the content of N, P, K, fertilization was in favor of N, P, K cumulative uptake and cumulative rate, M+NPK has maximum value. Fertilization had no obvious effect on N. P, K distribution. There was a positive correlation between NPK cumulative uptake and yield.6With the deepening of the soil, the content of nutrient was reducing. In the Same soil layer, organic fertilizer treatment the content of organic was increasing, no organic fertilizer treatment was decreased; Nitrogen fertilizer treatment the content of total nitrogen, available nitrogen was increasing, no Nitrogen fertilizer treatment was decreased; P fertilizer treatment the content of Available phosphorus was increasing, no P fertilizer treatment was decreased; K fertilizer treatment the content of available potassium was increasing, no K fertilizer treatment was decreased; M+NPK has maximum value. With the deepening of the soil, the pH of soil was increasing, In the Same soil layer, the pH value from high to low Sort by:CK> M> NP> NK> PK> NPK> M+NPK. There was a negative correlation between pH and yield, There was a positive correlation between organic, total nitrogen, available nitrogen and yield, There wasn’t correlation between available phosphorus, available potassium and yield.
