The thesis studied the effects of Mn sources and levels on growth performance, tissue Mn content, free radicals (MDA and NO) content,MnSOD and NOS activity of heart-cells and heart-cells apoptosis in broilers based incorn-soybean foundational ration. A total of 320 one-day-old broilers , added Mn-AAB and MnSO4·H2O two Mn sources to feed, each source located 0 mg/kg,100 mg/kg and 200 mg/kg 3 Mn levels, according to 2×3 factorial arrangement. 2 Mn sources shared one control group fed corn-soybean meal basal diet. The experiment was composed of five groups. randomly allotted to one of five groups for 42 days. The results showed:1.The Mn source and Mn level or their interaction did not affect on ADG, ADFI and F/G of 1~21 days and ADG, ADFI of 22~42 days in broilers(P>0.10). But, the groups of fed diet added with 100mg/kg Mn had lower than the control group and 200mg/kg groups in22~42 days broilers(P <0.10).2.The Mn concent of metatarsal ash, pancreatic, and heart in 21 days briolers and the Mn concent of spleen, liver, pancreatic and heart in 42 days briolers were increased with the dietary Mn level increased(P <0.10), but there were no differences between the two Mn sources(P>0.10). The interaction between Mn sources and Mn levels significantly affected (P <0.10) the Mn concent of kidney and spleen in 21 days briolers, in which the Mn concent of spleen and kidney were higher (P<0.10) when supplemented with 200 mg/kg Mn from Mn-AAB than those from MnSO4·H2O. The Mn concent of metatarsal ash and kidney were higher when briolers fed diet supplemented Mn from Mn-AAB than MnSO4·H2O in 42 days briolers.3.Heart MnSOD mRNA levels, MnSOD protein and MnSOD activity were influenced by dietary Mn levels (P <0.10) in 21 and 42 days broilers, but they no significantly affected by Mn sources (p <0.10).4. Heart NOS activity of 21 days briolers were not influenced(P>0.10) by Mn sources,Mn levels and their interaction. But Mn levels significantly affected heart NOS activity (p <0.10) of 42 days broilers.5.The Mn sources and the interaction between Mn sources and levels had no significant effects on heart MDA and NOcontents in 21 and 42 days briolers (P>0.10). whereas that of contents in experimental groups were lower than those in the control group (P <0.10).6.The heart-cells apoptosis rates was significantly decreased as the dietary Mn levels increased in 21 and 42 days briolers (P<0.10), but, No effects of Mn sources and the interaction between Mn sources and Mn levels (p>0.37).
