The experimentation was carried out at trial base of Jimo County, in Shandong Province in 2008~2009. The tested cultivars were yunyan85,dabaijin599,zhongyan100,cuibiyihao and 8 combinations of hybrid and backcross. This experiment set up 7 treatments: Easy curing characteristics of seedling stage of Four generation(P1,P2,F1,F2), Easy curing characteristics and coloring characteristics of mature stage of Four generation(P1,P2,F1,F2), Easy curing characteristics and coloring characteristics of seedling stage of Six generation(P1,P2,F1,F2,B1,B2), Easy curing characteristics and coloring characteristics of mature stage of Six generation(P1,P2,F1,F2,B1,B2). Using the mixed major-gene plus polygene inheritance model to analyze, and research the leaf yellowing characteristics of one treatment. It aims to seek the suitable inheritance model for flue curing characteristics of flue-cured tobacco, revealing inheritance characteristics of flue curing characteristics, providing theory basis for leaf flue and variety improve. The main research results as follows:1. The irritable curing characteristic of all treatments are accord with 2 pairs of major genes with additive, dominance and epistatic effect plus additive and dominance polygene (E1) model. Heritability values of the major genes of almost treatments were above 60%, and those of polygene were about 8%. There has gene interaction effect between the two major genes. There were two treatments had the same additive effect between the two major genes, and the other treatments all express one big major genes and one little major genes.2. All treatments of Fourth generation, the parents of yellowing in the maturity value of the index during their seedling yellow index values were highly significant positive correlation, that is easy to turn yellow varieties at the seedling stage, is still easy to turn yellow at maturity, yellow index greater; And not easy to turn yellow in the seedling stage is still not easy to turn yellow in the maturity, yellow index less. The deal with F1 and F2 hybrids of yellowing index at maturity stage was positively correlated with seedlings of hybrid offspring, but not significantly.3. The treatments of Sixth generation at seedling stage, the two parental traits'Easy Baking characteristics and Coloring characteristics were negatively correlated. And B1 traits'Easy Baking characteristics and Coloring characteristics were highly significant negatively correlated. Other generation of Easy Baking characteristics and Coloring characteristics of the relevant resistance traits showed no significant negative correlation. There have the same genetic characters between seedling stage and maturity stage of Easy Baking characteristics and Coloring characteristics.4. The two parental resistances to seedling and maturity-related traits Coloring characteristics showed very significant positive correlation, and B1 showed very significant positive correlation too; F1 showed significant positive correlation; B2 and F2 showed positive correlation but not significant.5. The flue-cured tobacco varieties and their hybrids leaf pigment degradation rate, degradation rate of volume and the roasted yellow smoke was positively correlated with the baking smoke was negatively correlated.
