For the P.edulis ' ecological evaluation, first it refers to the global ecosystem service value calculation method of Costanza system and estimates the ecosystem service value of P.edulis forest in Fujian province. And then, focusing on the five item's evaluations which contain the function of water conservation, erosion control, C fixation and O2 release, nutrients cycle and provisioning of habitat, the State Forestry Administration Of China was used to evaluate the ecological value of P.edulis forest. For the P.edulis ' economic evaluation, first, this paper analyzed the factors of the market, policy and technology which effect net income of farmers. According to the survey data and correlation analysis, this paper has the following main conclusions:1 Using Costanza system ,the value turned out to be 117.64×108 yuan.a-1, accounting for 10.8% in the total ecosystem service value of forest in Fujian.2 Using the State Forestry Administration of China, the total five values of Fujian province are up to 744.60×108 yuan.a-1 and the ratio is7.03% compare with 2003 national economic forest's ecosystem service value which is higher than the average ratio.3 Last two decades, it had a significant change in forestry policy of Fujian province. The area of high-yield P.edulis forest increased significantly. From1985 to 2009, the prices of P.edulis products had gone up 9.13 times. These all contributed to the net income of farmers.4 Compared with the annual net income, the ratio of P.edulis product-related revenue is 47.8%. It can be seen that, in the mountains the P.edulis plays a very important role in income increasing.Farmers, most exigent needs is the construction of mountain road and the proportion accounted for 40.4% of survey. The other needs include loans for farmers, market issues and pest control and drought prevention.
