Forest Management Planning In The New Time Based On Forest Ecological Function Evaluation

This article takes Jin'an District of Liu'an City as the research object,based on the second category of forest resources in Jin'an District,supplementary survey data,and forest management status,analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of forest management in Jin'an District,and uses GIS technology to focus on the analysis and evaluation of the relationship between forest land quality and forest ecological function in Jin'an District and the potential for development of ecological public welfare forests.On this basis,the forest management plan of Jin'an District was carried out.This will provides a theoretical basis for introducing ecological function evaluation to guide forest management planning in the future and the forest management under the adaption of ecological construction situation,which has very important practical guiding significance for accurately improving forest quality and establishing a healthy,stable,high-quality and efficient forest ecosystem.The results are as follows:(1)The overall forest land quality in Jin'an District is average.The existing forest land quality grades are basically grades III and IV.The comprehensive score of the forest land quality is 5.88.The overall forest land quality grade is grade III.The forest land quality is average;Among them,the quality of forest land in the northern plains is relatively good,mostly grades?and?,the overall score of woodland quality is 4.19,and the overall grade of woodland quality is grade III;the woodland quality in the central hillock area is average,mostly grade?,the comprehensive score of woodland quality is 5.15,the overall forestland Quality grade?;the woodland quality in the low mountainous and hilly areas in the south is relatively poor,mostly grades?,and some grades?.The comprehensive score of woodland quality is 6.20,and the overall woodland quality grades?;(2)The overall forest ecological function in Jin'an District is average.The existing forest land forest ecological function grade is basically neutral and poor,and the good grade is only concentrated in the southern Yanshan Forest Farm(forest park)area.Its comprehensive score of forest ecological function is 2.26,and the overall forest ecological function grade is middle.Among them,the forest ecological function in the northern plain area is average,mostly middle grade,and its comprehensive score of forest ecological function is 2.20,and the overall forest ecological function grade is middle;the forest ecological function in the central hillock area is general,mostly middle grade,partly poor grade,the comprehensive score of forest ecological function is 2.47,and the overall forest ecological function grade is middle;the forest ecological function in the southern low mountain and hill area is general,mostly medium grade,partly poor grade,a few good grade,the comprehensive score of forest ecological function is 2.22,and the overall forest ecological function grade is middle.(3)The relationship between forest ecological function and forest land quality in Jin'an District is generally consistent,but 6.12%of the forests are not so consistent.Through the analysis of the relationship between forest ecological function and forest land quality,the main management problems in each small class are clarified and we propose the specific business strategy.(4)If the existing main roads and rivers in Jin'an District are greened according to the green corridor construction standard,the area can reach 4123.09hm~2.This area should be included in the scope of forest land for management.It is also need to be included in the scope of public welfare forests and managed according to the management method of public welfare forests when the forest will be classified and adjusted in the future.Managing them in welfare forest management method can effectively alleviate the management problems in this part of the forest,give play to the role of road protection forest and bank protection forest,and enhance the overall ecological function of Jin'an District.Through the analysis of the current forestry situation,the current situation of forest resources in Jin'an District,the situation of forestry production and management,and the relationship between forest ecological functions and forest land quality in Jin'an District,a scientific and rational plan for all aspects of future forest management in Jin'an District was made.
