The test as the H892 and K326 of the genotype materials which were planted in Henan, Hubei, Guangdong,to study the differences between the aroma constituents (exudate, petroleum ether extract, neutral aroma constituents) and chemical components of genotypes under the different ecological conditions, and to analysis the adaptability of high-aroma varieties of flue-cured tobacco (H892) to different ecological zones, to provide the basis of high-flavor varieties for the cultivation and use.Flue-cured tobacco leaf trichome density and leaf exudate exist differences between the different ecological zones and the genotypes, a higher density of glandular trichome showed in Henan, Hubei second,and Guangdong lowest. Leaf exudate content was higher in Hubei, Guangdong second,and Henan lowest. The glandular density and leaf secretion of H892 in different ecological zones were higher than the control variety K326, the analysis shows that: Ecological is a major factor of to impact tobacco trichome density, genotype is great impact the content of leaf secretion.Petroleum Ether extract content in different ecological zones showed as follows: which planted in Guangdong is slightly higher than in Hubei, and is the lowest in Henan. Petroleum Ether extract content exist differences among genotypes,the petroleum ether extract in Hubei and Henan Province is H892> K326, Guangdong K326> H892, the differences were all reached significant levels. Petroleum ether extract content was significant in the ecology and interaction effects among genotypes.Tobacco chromoplast pigmen exist differences between the different ecological zones and the genotypes. The content of chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b is the highest in Guangdong, followed by Henan, and lowest in Hubei, the content of carotenoid is the highest in Guangdong, followed by Hubei, and lowest in Henan . In addition of Henan chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b content of H892 in Guangdong and K326 wasn't significant. The different genotypes of the same ecological zone, chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b, carotenoid content was significant of H892 or very significantly higher than the K326. The content of Chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b was significant of interaction effects in the ecology and among genotypes, no significant of carotenoid interaction.Tobacco Neutral aroma constituents in different ecological zones and genotypes showed that, neutral aroma constituents were higher in Henan, Guangdong Tobacco Chromoplast alkane content only slightly lower than that in Hubei, and the remaining four kinds of material and content were higher than Hubei.H892 Chromoplast alkanes were lower than K326, carotenoids, Productsof browning reaction and phenylalanine were higher than the total aroma content of K326. The content of total aroma tobacco leaves whose mutation rate was lower than that of gene variation of the three eco-zones, indicating that the total aroma content of tobacco by the ecological impact exist small, large differences between genotypes.The content of general chemical composition of tobacco exist differences between different ecological zones and genotypes.The content of total sugar, reducing sugar and starch is the highest in Hubei, followed by Guangdong, and lowest in Henan, The content of nicotine is highest in Guangdong, followed by Henan, and lowest in Hubei. The content of total sugar, reducing sugar showed that H892> K326 in the same ecological of different genotypes.The content of starch inconsistent performance of different genotypes in different regions, which showed that H892> K326 in Guangdong and Henan, K326> H892 in Hubei. The content of nicotine in Hubei province showed that H892> K326, K326> H892 in Guangdong, almost equal levels between them in Henan province. The total sugar content is significantly interaction between the ecology and genotypes, reducing sugar, starch, nicotine, total nitrogen interaction whose effects reached a significant level.
